@@xshu_. If you are referring to pedal assist, I believe the M5 will drop down to 0 on the LCD display. One. Through 5 is pedal assist if you put it on 0. There should be no pedal. Assist only showing your speed and the knowledge that you travel.

I dont get pedal assist at any level, even level 5.. i think i need to disable the manual "mode" next to the PAS 1-5 section but i can't find anything online. I hoped you would know a solution

@umersiddiqui2006 may not program to that controller, You're Lights may stay on May not work at all. Your speed on buter may not work. There's different things that can happen when you do not buy a compatible lcd display and controler together.

@@JamesDhamala-g5e If you have a multimeter, check the voltage on the battery. If it's not turning on either, you have a plug that is disconnected from the controller to the LCD display Or the motherboard of top that reads the speed. If not. That it's possibly bad battery cells. That's why you need to start with a voltage test.

@@CharlesLeon-p6q Well, if you unplug it, there's no electricity, go into it so it will shut off. As far as having a lot of corrosion that coulbecause. A possible cross jump. Which would make the battery x stupid or possibly mess up the controller

@danielmojica3862 sorry never messed with that scooter to many of them came threw the shop broke.

When I would turn scooter on for split second. it would show display light up with low voltage reading real quick then shut off. Literally in a second. When I try again nothing . If I let it sit for a while it will start up again for a split second show display then shut back off. Also note then if I turn it on . After it appears dead if I push it I start to get a voltage reading on the voltage reader on the throttle. The fast I push the scooter the faster the voltage will raise . The scooter is so dead thats its very dim and higher the voltage goes as I push faster the brighter and higher the voltage reading becomes

@pryingopenmythirdeye1830 If you. Have any experience very carefully open the battery up. Make sure there are no wires that are disconnected from the battery management system. Are any of the battery can also test. The Battery cells to see if they're showing full voltage. If they are you have a defective B m s. Otherwise. You have some defective cells. However, if this is a warranty issue I would not go in to that unless you have a shop. Do it otherwise you will avoid the warranty.

This is M5 display. The M6 display is a color display and has different settings If I recall.

Change PO5 from 3 to 5 this will alow more speed options, there is no setting each level, but by going to 5 levels that may get you where you want to be also make sure p08 is at 100.

@georgeplick1946 look at the wires coming off the ring from the P.A.S Sensor see if the one of the wires have rusted off. You may need to replace your pedal assist sensor

@jcolt84 ya the cells are likely Tost. If it been left in the cold Especially... But you could get a volt meter and Read each Cell 4.2 full any thing under 3.2 not good, 3.0 dead!
