Dan's example was spot on: You watch a scary movie, and you think someone is at the door. Jose not only repeatedly 'watches Chucky movies" but is regularly reinforced that "chucky is real" by many around him who also claim the things he feels is the presents of Chucky - who no one ever sees (replace Chucky with any invisible religious claim). Some are even in one or another echo chamber since birth.
I’m not afraid of Chucky, Voldemort or Vampires - but I am also equally unafraid of the Devil or hell. I am afraid of religious extremists forcing us all to play make believe with them.

To make matters worse for the claimant, even real experiences can be assumed to fit with beliefs that cannot be demonstrated to be true.
So humans did come from soup? I can prove God in a variety of ways, while at the same time, you have no rational atheist explanation for reality. So you lose out of the gate. God is easily proved. Romans 1:20 declares that God is proved by his creation, so I'll prove creation. Can you point to anything that can't be counted, measured & had no beginning or end (INFINITE)? No, you can't. EVERYTHING in this FINITE universe can be counted, measured & has a beginning and an eventual end. That means it was created; thus, "natural causes" don't exist. Nature can't be the "cause" of anything, because DYING/FINITE NATURE (time/space/matter/energy) was created/designed from nothing by God. And ALL MATTER doesn’t do nothing but dissipate over time - LOSING INFORMATION. That’s why you never observe any GAIN OF NEW INFORMATION (e.g. big bang, abiogenesis, mistakes (mutations) gaining in complexity/new information, star formation, evolution), because it doesn’t exist, can’t exist & never will exist. TO FURTHER PROVE GOD; if it can be "counted or measured" it's a DYING/FINITE (having a beginning & an eventual END/death) entity that has a cause. Then, we simply ascertain what RATIONAL POSSIBLE cause has LIFE, INTELLIGENCE, LOVE, CONSCIOUSNESS & MORALITY to give and the INTELLIGENCE, POWER, PURPOSE, RESOURCES & MEANS to give it. No atheist cause (e.g. nothing, star dust, moist rocks, mud puddles, primordial soup) fits the bill. This SCIENCE points to God and nothing else. God proved/Atheism debunked. P.S. - More evidence for God is that no atheist on the face of this earth has a RATIONAL/POSSIBLE, step-by-step atheist explanation for reality. Hey Jose. Taking someone at their word does not work in a court of law. We do not convict "A" of murdering "B" because "C" says that "A" murdered "B". "C" must provide evidence (beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt) that "A" murdered "B". If "A" states that they did not murder "B", we do not take "A" at his word and allow "A" to go free with presumed innocence. Accepting someone's word based on faith and gut feelings is not a path to determine truth. I hope you are never asked to serve on a jury.
Normally that's true, but there have been plenty of cases of people sent to prison on nothing but eyewitness testimony. Earlier today I was reading about a guy named Darryl Howard, who spent 20 years in prison for a double murder he didn't commit. DNA evidence that would have shown he wasn't involved was deliberately suppressed by prosecutors. The whole case was eyewitness testimony and nothing else.
When I did my jury service we ended up not convicting the accused because of lack of evidence. I personally am not sure whether they commited the crime or not
@@alexhetherington8028 Exactly correct. If you lack the evidence for conviction and other possibilities inject a shadow doubt, then you must find the defendant No Guilty. You have not achieved an absolute decision that the accused is innocent, only that you cannot make a determination that the accused is guilty. The theist is not able to provide adequate evidence to prove that God is guilty of existing. The default for the atheist is to find God not guilty of existing....although the atheist can not find God to be innocent of existing either.
Claims made without evidence can and should be dismissed without evidence. If everyone dismisses your claims, maybe you should evaluate your reasons for making them.
This seems to be a constant tactic of believers in the process of trying to defend their beliefs by deflecting the questions to other inappropriate responses ! And it is frustrating to deal with these dishonest apologists when they deflect in such manners !

The caller isn't prepared to engage in this discussion: he is easily confused. He believes because he and millions of others feel something. Thinking has nothing to do with it.

He very nearly slipped and tried to call himself a prophet at one time 😂. Because he's had a few "experiences" probably stoned 😂. He's really an adult frozen in an eight year olds mind

Lol, I love witnessing a smooth brain collapse into a singularity of stupidity in real time. 😂
Almost 4 years since this video first aired and the arrogant Christian mindset still has not changed. 2 days ago I said I was thankful my parents were atheists and I didn’t have to suffer the religious abuses so many children have went through. A Christian immediately jumped into my conversation and said that I knew God in my heart when I was a child and my parents prevented me from having a relationship with him and now my “pride and ego prevents me from accepting the Holy Spirit”. My response was that only an extremely prideful person with a massive ego would believe they know how someone they have never met felt 48 years ago and make ignorant statements they couldn’t possibly demonstrate.
The world will be so much better off after religion dies, especially Christianity.
I also would have told them that my parents were clearly more powerful than their god. I mean if they can prevent you from having a relationship with God, what kind of impotent God is he?

Oh look here he is USING MY EXACT LANGUAGE 😂😂😂
It's baffling to me how many callers can't/ won't answer simple questions

As I was never pressured into believing things that cannot be demonstrated to be true, I consider myself at liberty to question the validity of claims that cannot be demonstrated to be true.
They should SHUT DOWN THIS CHANNEL until they do have a RATIONAL/POSSIBLE, step-by-step atheist explanation for reality. The asinine, lost & clueless religious cult of atheism is INFAMOUS the world over for having ZERO ANSWERS. It’s time to dump your atheist cult, but you have to want to do it. Everybody desperately clings to the atheist cult out of tragedy or wanting to take the path of least resistance & rebel against their creator for the gift of life given them. They simply don’t want to pay the price. They expect “A FREE LUNCH” when life itself teaches you that “THERE’S NO FREE LUNCH!” But we have to pay the price for anything that has value. It’s time you say “yes” to Jesus. I’ll help you.

BINGO! 🔥🔥
Jose is BY FAR the WHINIEST caller I have ever heard on one of these calls.
Jose said a tired old cliche. Not everyone has to put one pant leg on at a time. My dad used to use that line. I showed him one day how wrong that line is by sitting down and lifting both legs sliding on both pant legs, and so on. Its faster then dancing around putting one leg at a time.
Jim Castleberry and Neverending Fraud, for example, spam the same tired drivel time and time again, and can never substantively engage substantive responses. Dismissive responses to that are utterly warranted!
“Substantive” like your arguments that arguments are not actually arguments? As for your assertions you said: “Again, atheism is not the state of a God not existing” so anything you say is virtually meaningless, because you’re psychologically unable to think.
Something tells me Jose isn't capable of being introspective enough to review that call and get anything out of it.

"You dont talk like a normal person."
Yeah, because this isnt a normal conversation. When you're having an intellectual conversation, you're not always speaking about normal topics, so you won't always be speaking as you would in a casual conversation. This topic is about logic and epistemology, and those require thought and insight. You're also going to be challenged. That is not typical of a casual conversation with your friends.
The average person is an idiot
People don’t tend to bring up the existence of invisible sky fairies in everyday conversation.
What he meant was "You don't let yourself being manipulated".
He is used to the church's teachings being accepted and never challanged, so when they are he doesn't know how to react.
@benjaminmadrigalperez9010 I almost wrote something very similar to this, but I decided to take it a different way. Very often when theists say something like "you don't understand" or "you take it out of context" what they're really saying is exactly what you're saying they, "you won't let me manipulate you" or "why won't you accept the apologetic spin my pastor told me."
They legitimately don't understand how you can not accept their "logic" they don't like the pain of the cognitive dissonance you force them into

But I hope that beautiful picture of the unicorns she saw in the mountains stayed with her and comforted her in her final moments.
