5:53 "So Ali's pulled his calf or done some damage to his knee" Ali is also attempting Crib Goch in a hoodie, Jeans and trainers.

@@richardsg18 pretty much. It was his first time on a mountain. What an experience that must have been for him. I should imagine that would be a lesson learned! 🙂

I think you should have stayed with the lad till rescue arrived especially if he had no phone and it would have made for a better video. The mountain will always be there.

I enjoyed your video, and I agree with James974 you should have stayed with the casualty, whilst you did help by phoning the emergency services and stayed with him for a while, I feel you should have stayed with him until Mountain Rescue arrived. It is clear the casualty was ill-prepared for his day on Crib-Goch and he could easily have suffered from hypothermia and fallen into unconsciousness, at least you would have been there to assist mountain rescue in locating the casualty, as James said, it would have made an even better video.

Great video! I am afraid of heights so I couldn't watch the entire video. Cheers!

@@DanOpdal thanks Dan! Not all videos will be scrambles on mountains, I will be out on scenic adventures too. A good mixed bunch 🙂

Good video at the expense of ethics. Always always help a victim on the hill. You should have staid with the victim. I first went on Crib Goch in 1964 when I was 20. Traversed many times in various conditions. Get advice on the proper pronunciation of Welsh words.

@aljones4719 thanks for the comment. We left him with food and water, asked if he wanted to follow us up and over. He was with a party that left him. We were confident after providing enough detail to mountain rescue that he would be fine. They knew exactly where he was, and after assessing the situation and his Injuries we were confident he would be fine. He reached out afterwards on another platform to thank us for our help.

You still should have waited with him mate. So should someone from his group, in the first place ! Never mind, all good in the end 😔

@@Dudley-x2c I respect that. I think in any other situation I would have. He was pretty able bodied, more than anything I think it was crag fast but I have to take his word. Totally respect your comment 🙂
