If you're gonna use this build i'd recommend you take a fitness charm III instead of the KO charm. Seeing as the KO charm only boosts the stun damage you do with the impact mantle the fitness charm will be a lot better for overall farming.

Also felyne black belt helps with stamina right, but if you're comfortable at such low health wouldn't felyne heroics give a huge damage boost? Since dash juice cuts down stamina usage by 50% does it need Black belt for it to be usable or would a heroics run be possible?

I`m reading so many comments about how lucky he is to be not hit by the fire or Luna's feet. Relax guys, its a speed run, he probably went through a million times to get this right.
The combo is just dash Normal spread, normal normal spread and repeat. Sometime you need to do spread 2 time for the stun. It's not about the combo, it's about the buikd
I want Bow charge plus... Thats all I need left for my bow set... Then I can start speed running monsters like everyone else... Putting over a thousand hours into this game and I still haven't gotten it
Hitting a monster in the head causes some KO build-up. The Impact Mantle (the first on he puts on) adds more KO and the move that causes rocks to fall also causes a little KO build-up on each hit.

If you take down arch tempered in < 3m, how long does it take for you to take down tempered normal monsters?
I have nearly the same set of armor skills just slightly different equipment, but Lunastra is the one killing me in 3'40". Is there something wrong?

3 attack doesn't do that much for a critical element build, and KO keeps her locked in place easier.

Expert 7 and ice 3, most if not all elemental weapons cap out after 3 elemental boosts.
Legia bow caps at 510. Its up to you which you prefer 20 ele or 5% affinity. You can get expert 7 AND ice 4 if you want to.
