Loves this video! It's helping me with my future interview! Update: I used the scenario when asked by the interviewer what happens when the app or traffic is not expected from the app… what do you do? I used your 4 options that I would look at Systems, Internal, External or factors outside of our control.. they documented it and said great! Awesome :)
Hi Diego - These videos have been super helpful to me. Could you please make a video on how to answer the question on your favourite product and ways to improve it? It would be of great help to see a structure for that question.
Weldone sir,you shared how we could add our personal experience in answering the question of why I want to be a PM,how do I come in as a sales rep thats into sales of wears and household items and also a fashion designer in order to sound believable sir?
Thank you so much for the video. I’m based in Nigeria and I have been searching for remote entry level product management Jobs on LinkedIn but it has been difficult. Can you help out?
This is great. However, what shall be a person’s response who does not have experience in Product management but he wants to break into it due to his interest and inclination?
Hi @Pradeep! Thanks for asking - Your response should be similar to what I mention in the video, tailored to your experience. The answer I'm sharing in the video is WITHOUT PM Experience, so I talk about an experience where I pretend to be in a consulting firm. If you are a student, or in marketing, or in finance or, whichever is your role, tailor the answer to that role from the example I share in the video. Hope this helps!
Im brosing youtube for 2 hours, but i still havent been able to understand what a PM do. All the youtube clips show only IT PM`s, and thats not transfirmable to me. We sell tools, gloves and alot of different things, but all i hear is "stakeholders and analyse". But What do they really do?
Hi @Erik, thanks for asking. Check this video to understand What is Product Management and let me know if you have any questions ua-cam.com/video/dJmg4ODH0YY/v-deo.html
Thank you Diego once again please Engineers have been ready to start working on a new feature for my product. However, the UX designs aren’t finalized and the designer wants to spend more time revising and iterating. However, both the engineers and I think that the designs look fine. What do I do? . I asked the question on your linked in page.
Hi Arekam, well, as the PM, it's your call to say go/no go with some designs. You can always launch a feature with the design you have and iterate on it
I think it’s not the candidates fault for answering this question always in a similar way. It’s the result of an interview system that is slightly broken. The real issue is how you ask the question? Just something to think about!
hi ,i need your help in creating my resume . Could you please help me with your free content as the video which is there is actually not at all helpful .
