    You could also hold the weight up aka goblin squat

    My issue is the same as yours. Long arms. The dumbells hit the floor long before my squat is anywhere near complete.

    I recommend you train barefoot- and use your tippy toes when leg pressing- and using the outside of your foot - to avoid prolapsing
