Food Sparks is presenting you yet another recipe of modak from my modak series " Paan modak" which is made of Betel leaf with a combination of nuts, fennel seeds, gulkand, and many more refreshing items is chewed mostly after food. In this recipe I am using almost all ingredients of masala paan with few more additions to give it form of modak. Make sure the mixture is properly cooked and also apply pressure on sides while filling the mixture it will help
How many modak's can be done with this ingredients?
11-12 modaks can be done for 21 modaks double the quantity
You had not mix sugar in modak.why?
Condensed milk has sugar already that’s why 😊
