While making ukhad , I mean when you boil water add 1 tea spoon of sugar so that cover is also tasty..and secondly add poppy seeds in stuffing..it will be very tasty.

Very year we make ukdiche and fried modak and in fried modak we add suji in flour for making it crispy and this method of ukdiche modak your shown very nicely 👌
