- My 2005 Polaris Sportsman 700 was overheating. It had code 41 and 45. A bad plug to the Barometric Pressure Sensor causing low input. It was a very easy fix and now it runs great!

Thanks for the video, I also kinda had the same problem, but I went backwards, started with the water impeller, to the thermostat, then it was the fan, fixed all that, but still having a problem with it just randomly shutting off
Thanks bro
No problem
Hey thanks for the video im having same problem changed sensor but no luck so must be the wiring im testing the wires with a test light at the plug but nothing on all of them i have the key on any suggestions? Is there voltage at every wire? Thanks heaps 👍
Have it running and check, and when you unplug it see if there’s any difference in the idle if not the plug is bad.
Would you know what wire to what wire that plug goes into because the person I bought my four wheeler from had cut it already and told me to connect the wires but all my wires are the same color
Hi,have some questions, how much rpm you need that atv starts move? In H gear? Because i need 2200rpm to get it move
First I’d see what codes pop up if any.
When i disconnect the air pressure sensor it stops dieing. No codes . So im try replacing the sensor
I had to get new parts for the fuel pump but I had a lot of other issues with it
Yeah, they’re pretty tricky machines
Can you drop the link for that? I’m not seeing it. I got the same 700 efi

How long before the codes went away? I just did it to mine and it hasn't gone away yet. I've only had it on for like 10 minutes but I'm not sure if it fixed it.
take battery positive terminal for a minute or two then reconnect should be gone after that
