On my windows 11, the Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All return
Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature: Feature name Microsoft-Hyper-V-All is unknown.
had to used that one instead (seam to be the step 1 but at command line):
    Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName HypervisorPlatform
    Thanks, great video.

It didn't work for me in windows 11 and it should be done!!!
For Microsoft Windows 10 Pro & above:
    Edit group policy (gpedit)
Go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System
Double Click on Device Guard on the right hand side to open.
Double Click on "Turn On Virtualization Security" to open a new window
It would be "Not Configured", Select "Disable" and click "Ok"
    Close the Group Policy Editor.
    Restart the system

if none of this works and you are running WIndows 11, try disabling Core Isolation "vritualization base security" just disable the memory integrity , after much hours i found this solved my issue , with the Intel VTx error. Once i did this, i could then see that the virtualization was " not detected" in System Info, after al other options failed. hope this helps!

For those who may still be having issues two additional things I have done to resolve the issue
1 - bring my Laptop BIOS right up to date
2 - Windows 11 has a little got you, related to the Device Security which needs an option to be disabled, disable Memory Integrity - is Hyper-V. Obviously Windows will moan about it !!!!
Then running systeminfo the Hyper-V message should change to be related to VMWare.
I can now run my VM without the VT-X/EPT message.

    Sir,
I followed your steps carefully one by one, but still the issue doesn't resolved.
I have HP ZBook Firefly 14-inch G11 A (A19FYUA#ABA) with AMD Ryzen™ 9 8945HS CPU which do support the AMD-V but still i received the error "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is Not Supported on this Platform"
I tried the below for disabling the VBS & Device Guard:
    - bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
    - dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:microsoft-hyper-v-all
    - Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-Hypervisor
    - Disable the memory integrity
    - Disable it using registry.
    - Disable Virtualization Based BIOS Protection in BIOS settings
    - Disable VBS via Local Group Policy
    - Disable Windows Hypervisor Platform
    - Disable Virtual Machine Platform
    - Disable Microsoft Defender Application Guard
    - Disable Hyper-V windows feature
    - SVM check box in BIOS settings is greyed "enabled" and cannot even be disabled.
After all, above, still A hypervisor has been detected message is there in addition to "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is Not Supported on this Platform" in which the VMware ESXi or Proxmox cannot be run inside the VMware workstation 17.x.
Still, I don`t try the way of "Device Guard and Credential Guard hardware readiness tool" which stated for Win 10, as am having Windows 11 and I don't know will it works or not?
Any ideas please to solve the issue.
    Thanks....

Note: For Windows 11, you should allow Virtualization in BIOS, but you also have to go into Windows Features and manually disable security features prohibiting Virtualization. You have to „untick“
      1. Go to Control Panel → Programs → Enable or disable Windows features.
      2. Uncheck all the features of Windows Hypervisor.
      3. In the Windows search bar, search for “core isolation” and open it.
      4. In the core isolation settings, disable memory integrity.

Была аналогичная проблема в Windows 10 22H2 при запуске виртуальной машиной с MacOS. Выполнение команды в PowerShell отработало, но без предложения перезагрузить ОС. После перезагрузки вручную виртуалка стартанула.

OK, I got the real answer!😁 For those that its still NOT working: Remove the installed Linux subsystem and Virtualisation in the windows feature ! Always the last thing that work... obviously 🤣 Its like dude why pay for VMware if you also use MacroSh1t's own cr...?

^^^OMG^^^ This. Thank you. Apparently using “new” features years ago can eventually catch up to breaking things you try in the future. I uninstalled the Linux image, WSL, and disabled the WSL feature. Restarted the PC and it’s working perfectly.

Well unfortunately still doesn't work for me.
I have this error happening after the popup:
VMware Workstation does not support nested virtualization on this host.
    Module 'HV' power on failed.
Failed to start the virtual machine.

I tried all the above and going to the Processors setting in Workstation on my VM and unchecking "Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI" was the only thing that allowed my VM to start.

Seems like it worked for many but not for me... I've tried both "bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off" and "Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName HypervisorPlatform"... bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off was "unknown" like @sebastiendemers6723 said. Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName HypervisorPlatform was "successful" but i still get the same error from VMware saying "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is not supported on this platform."....
