Question - When you buy and sell 'between dealers like Moses' do you also have to pay tax on every trade... or is it just when you sell the watch to the public?

Same on jewelry if she would have paid the 650 it would be tax only on the 650. You never pay tax on trades or purchases when you buy and sell to other retailers. The retail client is the only one who pays sales tax.
