Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches
Ritz crackers
deli ham (your choice), thinly sliced
deli cheese (your choice), thinly sliced
Unsalted butter
Dijon or whole-grain mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Red pepper flakes, optional
Poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Layer the sandwich with ritz crackers on the bottom, then ham, cheese, ham, and ritz crackers on top. Lay in baking dish. Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Use a dot of the butter mixture under the top ritz cracker to hold the sandwich together. Drizzle the remaining mixture over the sandwiches. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
