Only thing I would change is pulling the dining table/chairs and adding more "livingroom" seating. I would add an additional leaf on the side of the island and make that dining seating.
WOW. I have 3 kids. This would be excellent... I wish there was more to the main entertainment area and just 2 reclining theater seats, but, the rest of the unit is fantastic!

we always take out the table, install a really long IKEA couch and just put short cafe tables along the long couch. Then we always build a deck and four post canopy for dinning. We live in California so weather is almost always permitted, esp with outdoor heaters!!
You did a great job on this video. Sometimes people try all these like fancy tricks where they speed up and slow down or where they're showing it so you're not really seeing the entire room.
You had just enough explanation and description and not too much or too little.
I probably would have opened more things but I think you did great. I would have loved to see you swing the camera around when you were up in the loft for to see how comfortable it might be if you're moving things into their for storage or if there is a parent who would want us to sit up there with their kids to like read a story and maybe sit on the recliners.
But really that's not necessary and again you did a great job.
adding a patio in the rear would be helpful.
Would be too big. You couldn’t have two bedrooms and a patio. The patio normally comes with the garage for the toys lol.
A foldable patio in the rear like a toy hauler.

This one would have been a contender in our search for an RV but the loft is basically useless. I am thin and short but the steps would be a problem. Hubby and disabled son (high functioning autism) would never go up there. lol Our son would use the spare bedroom but he's 6'3. It would just be too cramped in that area and the bathroom. It would only be used for him until we get a small cabin built out for him on our property. *we aren't traveling* Stationary while we renovate our home and then on a new property to establish a new homestead.

I have a quick question if you are able to help me! We just bought this trailer and need help finding the breaker box for the electrical! Not the main box by the front door
The 12v fuse panel is typically right above the main panel. 601-207-5300 is my office number. If you call I can go outside and look for it. I have this model in stock

I could live in that. Sure, it only has two seats, but you can’t fit in everything. We’ll sit out by the campfire anyway.
For a house of this price, I would rather buy something in Costa Rica...seriously
So who think someone would want to buy an RV that only has comfortable seating for two people. Certainly not me.
Instead of a table they need to do a long couch and just use TV trays to eat.

Shower fixtures are cheap looking in shower and sink.
Love this! I think our family might actually fit! Hubby is 6’6” and adult disabled son is 6’2”! Son walks with a right side limp but it looks doable for him. First one I’ve seen we might fit in. I fit in all of them. I’m only 5’3”. Now would just have to get a 5th wheel to pull it.
Sounds a lot like our family. Our son is disabled at 6'3. I also like the 2024 Sanibel 3952FBWB because the bunks can be removed and a single bed instead. I'm 5'4 and hubby is 5'9. I don't love the long couch but I figure to remove it and put a double recliner and a dining set. The price is comparable too.
we had a Sandpiper about 10 years ago that had 2 bedrooms but only 1 bath. This one would be nicer if it had a king bed. I just saw a video of a camper that had 2 king beds yesterday. The rv industry seems to be listening.
Would be perfect if only it had a large outside kitchen. We were ready to buy until we realized there was no outside kitchen. And my husband won’t settle for the tiny fridge either…I’m sad!

I'm sorry I am not liking this model much. They squeezed in 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but Forest River squeezed out the living room. I wish they would have made one of the bedrooms a multi function bunk room/den or given us a real living room (not just 2 theater chairs).

Amazing home on wheels
Room for 6 but comfortable seating for 2?? Needs more living room. Move the guest room door to make space for additional sofa. Kitchen counter addition should be flush with main counters. Lofts to me are wasted space. Lose the loft and Give the guest room and bath more head room.

Campgrounds don’t like a very heavy use of their included utilities, three units are too much, if your a long stay camper, your lot rent will go up on a regular basis with a heavy usage
It's so so. Not very spacious. Wasted space. Already have 2 bdr, no need for a loft. Missing desk stations. 😮
I notice all campers the beds are jammed up to walls on both side I like enough space to walk arouns the bed and make it up.
No living room 🤬
Woven fabric needs to go it’s hard to clean it there sand in it. The heating in the floors needs to go added to the cabinets. Not a fan of center island makes it tight quarters. Agree extra opening space for the ladder for bigger kids.
You're right, the space into the loft needs to be wider. Usually an adult will have to go up there once in a while to clean that area. Also, is that additional storage by the ladder? If so, is it a shallow storage or does it go back further than it looks?
Not a fan of the loft Seems to be wasted space for people with out children if there was more headroom could be better used. woven floor too hard to clean.
It doesn’t make sense to have nice big windows that do t open!! Not a good feature!!
Does the fireplace cause the pantry to be hot inside?
