A Very warm, inviting and Active kitchen filled with the personality of the farmhouse wife, as well as your personal stories of how things were made.💝
Thank You so much!🥰💖
Ha ha ha 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣. The freezer too funny lady! We had an old fridge when I was 8 yrs old and it always had a lot of ice hanging on it. WOW time warp! What a darling 1930’s kitchen I guess I love everything about it!❤❤❤
🤣 I remember as a kid in the 80s having to chisel out the old fridge. It was a memory I had that I thought would be an awesome detail. 😊
Love the way you decorated the kitchen! Very inspiring. Thank you for showing everything one by one.
Thank you so much! I'll eventually get back to the kitchen to make some changes..lol I'm glad you loved it!🥰💖
I Love the ceiling and the cake. I love it all. My Mom had a farmhouse with a table just like yours. So many memories. The chair and bowl with apron is so awesome. Thanks for creating.
Oh Thank you so much for watching..and welcome to my channel..I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm trying to keep the house as realistic as I can!🥰
The ceiling looks like a farmhouse kitchen ceiling!😊
Thank You..I just don't see it often in the dollhouse..I almost added some cross beams..so that I could hang baskets..🤔 I'm still considering..lol
I’m loving your replica table it’s so sweet!😊. I’m loving your enamel table as well. The enamel look is so beautiful 😊. What a cute stove😊,coffee pot and roaster pans.
Aw..thank you so much! I'm so glad you love it🤗..I am currently working on the bedroom and sharing the new renovation very soon ..but I'll be jumping all over the house. 🥰 and I hope that some of my projects help and inspire miniature friends.
I've just started learning more about minis and came upon your channel !!! Wow am I so happy that I did !! I'm absolutely in love with your house and back story !! I can't wait to try and make something ! I'm in no financial shape to be able to spend anything, but watching you I believe I could do some things for almost nothing ! Thank you for your time showing off your amazing house !!
🤗 That's wonderful to hear...Welcome to Tiny KeyHole Minis. There are so many great ways to recycle your treasure trash into miniatures..UA-cam is an awesome place to learn! Thank You for Watching..I'm excited to have you come along my journey..very grateful and appreciate it!🥰🥰🥰🥰
Love the kitchen. Reminds me of my great aunts. The rugs would look great in blue and white since blue seems to be your favorite color. The chair is great, love the green beans. I remember the ice tray too. My aunt had a huge yellow cat named Tommy that would help her snap beans. Keep going , you are doing great.
I do actually have a blue set that I made ..I had a blue set in real life so I made some in miniature..I will see what they look like in the kitchen against all the celery green which I love..thanks!🥰🥰
Oh Jolene I love this kitchen so much. It's one of my favorites of all doll house rooms! I spent so much of my childhood in a kitchen of this era. It wasn't a farmhouse but had so many of the details you included . Your detailing is masterful. The clock! So true what you said about the cord. It looks so authentic. The heater grate was also one of my favorite details. Completely spot on. Too many things to love here so I'll just love it all! ❤
Thank You so Much! 🥰 Love that! So glad you Love it! That clock..is definitely a childhood memory!🥰
Love the heating vent. Very authentic.
Thanx so much, planning on installing another one upstairs I'm actually gonna get in there someday to finish off lots of details ..lol I think I can make it look a bit more like metal. 🥰
Absolutely amazing 👌
My dream kitchen...lol ❤❤❤
Thank You so much..the rooms aren't very wide so it's a bit of a challenge as far as decorating space and also renovation. I did redo the top bedroom recently. It's now a backroom and will become a sewing/dressing room..but I staged it as a bedroom for the video..well and for fun..lol🥰
I ❤.the ceiling.
Oh, thank you so much, That room with the leaky ceiling is finally completed, and I just uploaded the video. The wall and floor have been redone. There are so many accessories and details in there now. It is her sewing/dressing room.🥰💖
Fantastic paint jobs!
Thank you so much for watching!🤗
Revisiting this video a few days ago turned out to be perfectly timed kismet!!! I’d been looking for “the perfect” stove for the kitchen of a house I’m working on and what I had been seeing was too expensive or not “quite right”. When I was browsing through some mini kitchen videos I’d saved for inspiration several months ago, I started watching this one and saw the stove and your revisions and fell totally in love again with this entire kitchen. 💖
And the stove is perfect! Best part was when I reviewed and took notes, you said the brand name so I started an eBay search. Bingo! I found the same stove in perfect condition at a fair price! It arrived today and I am sooo thrilled with it, I just needed to drop by and tell you what a help and inspiration you are. You’ve made a huge difference in my project!!!
Thank you for the kind words.. That is so wonderful to hear!🤗
Yes, I have seen several of these stoves in good condition and greatly priced, I think it's a wonderful stove!😍 It is perfect for a makeover or as is. I'm so glad you found one and came back to share! 🥰❤️
Just found you and subscribed. I like your approach to creating a dolls house, and will be watching more of your content.
Thank You So Much..I am grateful and have tons to share!!! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! 🤗🥰 See ya Soon!
Really love that you explain how your pieces were made, great inspiration! 😃
Thank You so much 🤗 and thank you for watching..I'm so glad you enjoyed it! New video coming soon! 🥰
OMG how many times did we have to remove the ice from the freezer!!! That plus the enamel top table brought me right back to my Grandma's house (which I live in now, but has been renovated). Thanks for the trip down memory lane! I love all the details 🤩
Oh Thank You so much🤗 yes, I still have plenty of work left I'm this old kitchen!🥰💖
I love everything you have done and made for your lovely dollhouse. Glad I found your channel and will be following along!
Welcome and thank you for watching..I'm so glad you enjoyed it!!🥰
I absolutely love your style and the choices you make. You'll need to share your painting technique for the Chrysnbon furniture. You make it look like real wood! I love your green bean chair! You draped the apron perfectly. I also love that grate. My favorite details are always mundane, everyday things.
Thank you so much my friend🥰 yes I will be adding switches and outlets...for the Chrysnbon furniture I used Waverly Antique Wax ..I had no idea it was going to work so well..I didn't even use a base ..applied it straight to the plastic and wiped the excess off I think I did two coats. Then used your technique for the highlights from the green bean chair..🥰
I think the rug actually works in the spot it is in, since the door transition is a bit higher, the rug makes that not as noticeable. I definitely didn't notice it until you pointed it out, even when you had the door open. Love all the little details, like in the cake (actually spotted the pan when you were showing the cake, and thought "Oh no she didn't, that is too cute!!") The pencil pieces for the cans is genius, bet it even gives them ridges like real cans. May have to try that....I think I will finally do a kitchen, either in the addition to my current house or the new one.
Lol😂 Thank You! The cake was like the first piece I made. The pencil cans..yes try some..there is a tutorial on yt..and I really don't remember it or I would of linked it. Super easy and brilliant and you do get the ridges!
Great idea for recreating the ice over in the fridge. Really nice touch!
Thank You! Thanks for watching I appreciate it! 😊
I know of someone who got a like-new KitchenAid mixer off Facebook marketplace or eBay. It was very reasonable because it was missing bowl/paddle. The replacements were not too costly, and she had a beautiful mixer😊
I’ve been hoping to find a reasonable Bosch or similar mixer.
Oh, thank you for that tip. I probably still couldn't afford it🤣🥰
THIS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!! I LOVE THIS!!!! CEILING IS PERFECT!!!
🥰 Thank You! I was just looking at that hutch again..lol I've had it for so long. It survived all the things I lost along the way😊 I loved that you have it because I haven't seen it before your house..so it was just kool to see again...I think you know a lil more about it than I do...lol
Congratulations 🎉
🥰🥰
Wow! so much detail and work in the kitchen, I just adore it! What a wonderful escape away from the world this must be for you. Already have part three of the tour saved to my watchlist, this is a wonderful home for Margo x
Oh and have you shown in any of your tutorials how to make the rectangular cake pan out of the aluminium cake pan? I'd love to learn how! If so, please point me in the right direction to find it
Thank You My Friend!🥰 I have not done a tutorial on the little cake, but I can if you'd like. That was one of the first pieces I made back in 2014. I wonder if I remember how 🤔 😆 I will be going back to the kitchen after I work on the sewing/dressing room. I will be revisiting and adding some details to some of the pieces, finishing them off. 🥰💖
@@tinykeyholeminis Im really looking forward to seeing it all! Thanks Jolene
You are very welcome! I'm really glad you're enjoying it!😍🥰
Josephine is practical. Every farm woman of the 30's was. She wouldn't have thrown out a bowl, just because it got chipped. 🙂 My grandma wouldn't have.
Lol...No not at all!! 😉 The Josephine House is named after the founder of The Josephine School for girls..it used to be that before it was turned into a farmhouse.. the old couple bought it and moved in when they were younger. The husband has passed some years ago, and now the Granny just lives there with a few companions. I will be sculpting her out of polymer clay, but she doesn't have a name yet!🥰
Put beams up on the roof of the rooms . X
Oh beams would look really good, I thought of that before and I think I got side tracked..lol 🥰❤️
Just found your channel & loving it! Catching up on all your videos. Any tips or ideas for making a heat register vent without using the cricket? (I don’t have one). Thanks again for sharing your minis.
🤗Welcome! Thank you!🥰 Yes, you can score the cardstock by hand or use skinny/coffee sticks creating a frame and use a piece of burlap ribbon or plastic/metal screen for the grate..Hope that helps! 😊 When I make one for the bedroom I will Def give some examples and possibly create one with those ideas.
🤔🥰
Grandma needs a box for her coupons or to put them in a partial open drawer or she will be picking them up off the floor, bad for her back. Not good for her age. Light will help her alot.
Lol🥰I agree😂😂
Washing creel
I would love a tutorial on how to print out your own family photos, in this scale, like your mother's photo on the fridge. I've tried, but once I print them this tiny, they're no longer clear.I know your other viewers will probably snort and giggle and say "It's so easy!", but I don't seem to have it figured out. Can someone point me towards a tutorial?
Yes! I had the same problem until I learned from Ara that you have to change the dpi setting when creating the file in the program you are using from 300 to 600dpi, sometimes I can go higher but that seems to be standard for mini prints. I use my Cricut program and also photoshop elements which is pretty easy to use, but must be purchased to own. Also you can use Microsoft Word as well. Hope this helps!!🥰 Ara does a great tutorial on mini prints.
@TinyKeyHoleMinis Thank you! I do love HER too. She's amazing.
Did you make the mixer??
No..I purchased it online..either ebay or etsy..if I had thought about it tho.. I probably would have tried lol🥰
Needs a mangle
I'm sorry what is a mangle? 😆🥰
I just subscribed. Do you have a full tutorial of the refrigerator? I did see the short for it. TYVM
Thank you for subscribing
...no I'm sorry I made it last year before I thought of filming..but I will be adding to the fridge in a video and I will explain more about what I've done so far. Hopefully it will still help🥰
@@tinykeyholeminis I look forward to seeing it. Tyvm
What ismodge podge please😊
It's a glue based sealer and adhesive used for crafts kind of like Elmer's but better for crafts papers and sealing, or decoupage.
oh wow, I've only now realized you mentioned me thanks to @Nessie Monster Crafts ! Thank you :D The shelves turned out lovely!
🥰 it's very nice to see you. I Love your miniatures and your channel! Thank you so much for sharing your work ..it's very inspirational! I was very nervous in this video 😆 it's funny to go back and see the beginning vids..I'm still in the beginning.. but a lil more comfortable 😆🥰
@@tinykeyholeminis thank you so much! I subscribed to you as well, your miniatures are so cute! And the video turned out so well, you needn't have worried :D
Tysm!!🥰💖
