Why do people hate Nascar so much? A great race track for side by side racing. Beautiful sounding cars, cars look beautiful racing on this track too. A very close finish on the last lap! Definitely much more enjoyable than most F1 races.

Tonnes of respect from the UK for NASCAR putting these races up for free, I've been able to discover and love the past three seasons, with this being my fourth. That being said, did you guys take the wrong feed this time around? Like the Martinsville fall race last year there's no overlays, no timing and scoring pylon -- it makes it much harder to follow.

Yeah its nice but they arent doing it out of their pocket. There are ads on every vehicle and mentioned on commentary often. Uploading to UA-cam (which is free) is free advertising so it's about time that they caught on and uploaded full races.

@@jraybay It costs around $180-200 for a ticket. Add $300-$400 of hotels because nowadays hotels know how to milk customers who came to watch a race. Would you spend so much money or just watch this on tv?

this seems to be more of a raw camera feed not the broadcast feed so they not have the overlays on them
@@JanitorIsBack I think they goofed, they usually have that even in their UA-cam uploads. Funny, I often do other things with NASCAR in the background so it wasn't until the end of stage 1 I even noticed, lol!

I was at this race, I had sat just passed the restart zone. I will say, for a modern Atlanta race, this was pretty ok.
They didn’t ever show running . Or any of the stats. Even when they were talking about them. As always thank s for showing the race. Great show

I also discovered that I'm a NASCAR Fan over it as well! So thanks NASCAR I'll definitely want to attend the stands and bleachers
so I can watch the NASCAR Stock Car Races while being close to the race track of whatever Race Match I attend, by later.

that rear spoiler is so much more appealing and pleasing to the eyes than last years. Also the racing was good. The winners and losers were decided by who was fast in the turns and who wasnt and who was running which manufacturer's car.... rather than it being the same top 8 cars from the same top 3 teams.

I remember how bad the 1.5 mi tracks were in 2019. This was the first race with the new package. This was a hard watch for sure.

NASCAR, please please please keep the timing and scoring graphics on the screen like last year and like you done on the xfinity race. This year has been very hit and miss.
It's not NASCAR's fault it's actually fox's the copyrighted the scoreboard so now NASCAR can't use it on UA-cam if they continue to Fox would take down the videos
Never liked the scoreboard graphic from fox as it got in the way but a way to know the running order and what lap they're on would be useful ;)

I wanna let you guys all know and to nascar that I had lost power after I watched like 50 laps during the event. I tried to watch it on my iPhone 6 and it was dead. So I had to watch it on my moms iPhone 7 and my power has been out almost 3 days since Sunday afternoon until Tuesday late evening. So I'm sorry everyone I had technical difficulties so thank god I watched it on my moms iPhone on the battle cam and the turn cam and even on the onboard cam. I promise to everyone that this will not happened again. Thank you nascar for letting me watch your app on live on my parents device
Why did Nascar reduce the HP?
Because they thought it was making racing better when in fact it made it worse.

I mean it was okay racing, it made for more passes. Just felt weird seeing them go so slow around Atlanta.
MrBadAim Yeah I mean hopefully they can find a way to make them fast and still have the manufacturers want to come in. I hope Dodge eventually comes back.
@@shilpi326 There's been talks Dodge would want to return. Maybe make it unrestricted 650-700 hp, I can see 850hp is a lot when they can actually still get cars to 200mph at 650hp if they lower the spoilers.

I'm so thankful for these free videos but it's 2019 why doesnt NASCAR have a streaming service? I think a NASCAR streaming service similar to the WWE Network would be incredible.
Imagine where Truex would be today had he hooked up with Gibbs years ago.. And now were seeing the same thing with Kyle Larson. Give him a Gibbs penske or Hendrick car and he has 10 or 15 wins by now.

I personally think its great that the names arent on screen, so im rely on get used to names and numbers, get deeper into nascar and Drivers stories. Ist my first Season and i am looking forward for More. The downside is that i dont know exactly who is passing if it isnt shown.

I'm trying to figure out why the presentation of this is so "meh". I know there's no graphics, but that's not the whole issue. You ever notice how at least 50% of the race is shown from onboard cameras? Between the fixed onboard cameras and the tight close-up camera work, you can barely get an idea of where anybody resides spacially in comparison to each other. It's stale, non-dynamic, and does a poor job giving you the information you actually need.
If i had to guess id say copyright issues with tv broadcast.
When you see a drivers cockpit view it’s when the live TV stream gets commercials
This one is an outlier. Typically the feed includes the graphic overlays, and during the commercial breaks, which we of course don't get, they usually switch to a static track-side camera. I would assume that for whatever reason, for this round, they took the wrong video feed. The 500 was fine, and I'm hoping Vegas will be fine next week.
