2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp mild/Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 lemon
Spice mix
20 curry leaves
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp black peppercorns
3-4 tbsp coconut/vegetable oil
1 tsp thick black mustard seeds
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 mild and sliced green chillies
20 curry leaves
2 tbsp spice mix
1 sliced sweet/red onion
