Winch Upgrade - Warn M8000 needs another warranty swapped motor....bought a XP 9.5

A week or so after our snow wheeling adventures up Patterson Mountain Road my new winch arrived for my 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ. My current M8000 winch is still covered under Warn's warranty...but it'll be up in Clackamas for a couple of weeks getting repaired. Jessica's Harbor Freight winch is cooked...and not covered under any warranties...so the plan is to move the repaired M8000 to her 2012 Jeep JK. So off goes my Warn bumper and winch plate...everything is a little more complicated because I've relocated the contactor pack up under the hood...and on goes the new winch! Oh...and my father in law Tom swings by with a brake issue and we take a look at his 2003 Ford Superduty and discover why he's hemorrhaging brake fluid.
