I had guessed Paris.I can understand your situation for not travelling to Paris.Health is everything & Europe mey walking bahut hota hai yaar so I don't know how sir can manage.also Europe mey summer hai toh everything is going to be super crowded sab cheez like museums,eifflel tower sab ka bookings karna padega before hand.iAnyways never say never if universe wants you to be in Paris you'll will be in 🇫🇷Paris 🎉You know Payal I have been following you for quite a few years. You deserve every happiness in your life ❤ you know why because you are hardworking, caring, do your research, and also keep Indian culture in mind whenever required. You have built your life in America from scratch the same way your husband is working hard for his work. A homemaker should be like you, you learnt new skills, manage everything on your own and also create your own UA-cam family. Everything in your house is hand picked by you it all did not happen in one day,it was a slow process,you work hard every day doing almost same things.You inspire me,i want to have a mindset like you I am blessed to know you through UA-cam tc God bless
You need to check your zone and then pick plants accordingly to be planted outside..
Curry leaves you will have to plant in a pot…they are tropical plants they will not sustain in cold outside in ground
Curry leaves won't survive in our harsh winters....you can do it as an indoor plant....I keep it inside during autumn and take it out during start of summer when it has the ideal conditions,,, but you have to be very patient. It takes years to grown into a big plant.
Mint plant , coriander, rosemary plant, lavender, rose tree, apple, peach , lemon tree , star jasmine, olive tree ❤❤❤❤❤ easy growing beautiful plants ❤❤❤❤

By trial & error you will improve in your gardening skills start with some easy growing plants and then move on
Good idea to put off trip-paris or anywhere in Europe has a lot of walking you see n enjoy much of it in these places while walking u cant just take a taxi n stop fr place to place - but tomorrow us another day Payal there will be many momemts in future to fulfil this trip safely n w good frame of mind!
Go to Paris during Christmas! Europe is beautiful in winter, with cute Christmas markets in most cities.
U can get curry leaves plant from Indian shop or temple & u have to plant them in a big pot.A big no in direct soil becoz winter mein yeh kharab ho jayega.
Better get in pot ..repot them in another big pot so that when winter u keep the pot near patio where snow does not fall on them.
Just like Tulsi plant ...same caring karna hai.

Curry leaves and tulsi are tropical plants. You cannot grow both outside in NY due to cold temps. You can try to grow both inside but you have to take care of it like baby regulating the temp and light inside the house.

Marigold are also good to be planted in big pot.. may be you can plant tulips and gladula but they just flower once

Yeah, you are right , Paris is a wonderful place to visit for rai's birthday right now-its always wonderful at anytime of the year, in case you guys decide to travel later as well 🌹🌹 .
I had a similar experience like you with gardening in the US haha-few months I see them flourish- and by fall-mid, its a different story altogether. most plants have a specific temperature range to blossom/survive, which I am sure nursery people could guide you better.

In India doctor recommend my mother in law to make any sabzi in ghee only , not to add any kind of oil . Ghee is much better than any oil . Don’t know why here they said not to give ghee . You are right ghee is very good source in healing

Curry leaves and basil need warmer weather... u can always grow them in summer and then in winters u either take them inside or they die....I live in NY as well so i do have an idea about that...but definitely u should grow curry leaves... it is not difficult esp when u take the plant indoors from Sept 15th to April 1st..

Hi Payal, we are in North Carolina. Our son is also turning 16 this month and we were also thinking of visiting Paris for his birthday but will try to plan Paris vacation next year.

Why don't you make shukto for Saumik. I just boil all the vegetables and only fry the ucche. When the vegetables are cooked shatlano with panch phoron and tejpata, add radhuni Bata and sugar and salt.

Paris for Olympics is crazy crowded. Aug pore jeo onek items closed but limited capacity te hocche. Jul1-2 week obdi thik cholche, we went during July 4 weekend
Paris is crazy crowded now due to Olympics and security is on high alert. I'm sure people will stay back after Olympics ends on August 11. It would be a wise decision to cancel now and go during fall break.
Now anyhow we can’t go so planning around Dec . As otherwise we will loss all money so until Feb we have time

No everything was planned as our ticket and hotels where already booked and that time our contractor is also going on vacation . So we already booked the ticket when we where in the house buying process
