I think the temperature/ time mentioned is wrong.
It came out quite uncooked at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. Then had to bake at 180 for 10 minutes more.

Hey I am sorry to know that cookies came out under cooked but I bake all my cookies at 325°F for 25 mins only. Thanks for letting me know though. I will update the timing in the description.
