This will be great for my rat babies lol. Buying dehydrated snacks is expensive! Especially for small pets. This recipe is a huge lifedaver, i will save money and my critters will be healthy. Thank you.
I want to try this after getting some dehydrate racks for my new Ninja investment. I saw the 60c and 10 hours...how long did it actually take as you were checking it? Thank you for sharing 😋
I did not check exactly for this recipe, I just did a rough calculation, based on some quick research. Have fun with your Ninja! I am also going to make a batch next week, we got some apples from my father in law which I would love to use up. Thanks very much for leaving a comment, lovely weekend and week ahead!
I am sorry to hear that. You probably did not dehydrate them long enough. The way dehydrating works is that you have the base time, which you then use as a guide to dehydrating your food. Another possible reason could be that perhaps the fruit went inside the dehydrator a little too wet. Did you use the dehydrating function or just the air frying function? This one seems obvious, but so many people are, unfortunately, making this mistake. Another possible reason could be that the apple slices were not thin enough. Thanks for leaving a comment and hope it works out well next time!
That is just the nature of dehydrating food. Some fruits and vegetables even require longer. Apricots, for example, may require 20-28 hours to dehydrate. Remember, you are drying out food at a very low temperature. The lower the temperature, the longer it will take. Having said that, you don't have to babysit the dehydrator.
First time watching you. 2 thumbs up. Now waiting for the finished product
Thank you and happy dehydrating!!
Can't wait to try! Such a perfect snack. Also, your nail polish is lovely.
thank you very much and I hope you like them as we did!!
Thank you, excellent video.
Thank you very much for watching ❤️
Wonderful. I’m doing this tomorrow morning!❤
Have fun making them! And don't be afraid to dehydrate them longer, if they haven't achieved the texture you desire.
Thank you! 🙏🏼
thank you too and happy holidays!!

Your comment made my day, and I hope your adorable fury babies love their apple chips. x

@@weeatatlast Thats cool and enjoy your weekend too 😊
I tried the apple dehydration in my ninja air fryer for 6 hours and it tasted like stale Styrofoam, what did I do wrong?
