Really interesting video, thanks for sharing your story. And some really good advice to. I love doing what you were doing there to just parking up by the sea front and watching the ocean especially the waves just rolling in. Whenever I need a mental break I head straight to the sea. Sea air to clear the head. Just sit relax and watch. Complete switch off for a while. Nice one.

@ I know technology it is but I’ve been toking since I was 16 and now 46
I just suggest it as some people are in so much pain and they don’t need to be it definitely will remove their pain ..also it can be prescribed legally here in uk for certain conditions
