A gap in the roof sheeting is a disaster Drew, I've seen a few men having to change their roof because the cubicles were soaking when it rains or snow 😢

Great video update Drew 💪👍 cannae believe you've got 300hp on the baler 👀😳🤣🤣 regarding gaps on the roof sheets we had that and in the summer when the sheds were empty we stored barley in them no problems 👍 but but in the winter if we got snow ❄️ you would actually think there wasn't a roof at all 🙄 😂

Everyone's putting on clear polycarbonate 'heatguard' manufactured by brett Martin n. Ireland.....matches up with big 6 fibre cement vented ridge etc. Almost every farm in N.Ireland now has at least one shed roof done with it. Reflects the sun,so keeps cattle cool in summer, daylight inside and doesn't drip.....all good so far....£10/m2 and very light to fit. Use stainless steel screws!!

I don’t think I would leave gaps in the roof sheets based on our Scottish weather patterns. Appreciate the cows want it cool but the rain fall is like never before

Defo not spaced sheeting, lets in too much rain and snow, we coudnt wait to change ours back to solid sheets

Maybe even fans in the future. Just don’t leave gaps in the roof with your annual rainfall
