In this video we replace the OEM bushings with solid differential bushings from Z1 Motorsports. I use the removal tool from Z1 to get the old bushing out of the subframe as well as the install tool from Z1 to get the new solid bushing installed. These made the job much easier. The rear end definitely feels more solid after this install. Thanks for watching and please Like and Subscribe.

Man I looked through every video on UA-cam and you helped me out a lot.
Thanks dude.
This was clutch. Thanks dude for posting
Thanks!
Hi. Thank you for this video ! I blocked the Z1 tool in the subframe and I can’t take it out now, it is stuck like you said in the video. How did you unblock it ? Hammer and pry bar ?? 😢
Can’t use an impact gun on the removing kit?
Have you had any transmission issues using this solid Diff mount. I have a 370z heavily moded and im on my 2nd trans but this time im going to put in a Poly diff mount. I'm just curious if you have experience this also. Although I LOVE how the solid diff mount puts down instant torque, I feel it puts a lot of stress on tranny. But anyways Thank you for making this video for us Z/G enthusiast.
Damn. What keeps breaking? Or is it different each time?
Come out from the back of car or the front?
is this worth it for a z that’s trying to build straight line power not so much drifting?
I've dragged and drifted mine
Do you have to grease the polyurethane subframe and differential bushings before install?
I did not use any grease, these mounts were solid but I believe with the polyurethane ones, unless there’s some kind of instructions to do something like that I wouldn’t use any grease.
@@kamalakeel thank you.
Do you have a distinct whine coming from the rear as you increase speed. I was thinking solid subframe and differential bushings from SPL will I get this whine. ua-cam.com/video/cOSiVcOsEjU/v-deo.html The time frame where I hear it start is at 15 seconds in and starts at 30mph. Will I have to deal with this?
What’s the difference between the solid and the urethane from Z1
The solid ones are going to make more noise but offer a little bit better performance. With no movement from the diff it gives you better throttle response. I think they’re both good options though. It all depends if you mind if there’s drivetrain noise in the cabin.
@@kamalakeel ahh gotcha it’s my daily I might go with the urethane thanks broski
I have solid and they don’t make any noise they’re a bitch to put in if you don’t have the install tool that’s why I went with poly on my other Z
@@58103alex thanks for the info, a lot of my Z is gutted so I can’t accurately say what the in cab noise is like since it’s already noisy haha.
@@58103alexdo you also run solid motor mounts?

In the description of that video is a link to the door cards. It’s a company called Street Faction Engineering.
