Blood pudding according to this recipe was always made by my mother, under the guidance of my grandmother. Now it's time for me to cook this dish. As it turns out, it's pretty simple. If you do not want to mess with the formation of sausages, then you can simply bake in the oven. For cooking, you need to prepare buckwheat. Boil and let cool. Buckwheat should be crumbly.
Ingredients:
Pig blood - 1 kg.
Boiled buckwheat - 530 gr.
Milk - 150 ml.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Semolina - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 2 tsp
Soda - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
A mixture of peppers - 1 tsp.
Onion - 100 gr.

Вы у кого учились? Рассмешили своим рецептом. Зажарка яйца манка молоко сода пищевая масло сливочное. Ужас. Ещё надо было добавить мед горцицу. Было бы прелесь😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
