    To really hone your knife skills it will take practice. With that being said, grab your vegetables and knives to follow along with Chef Mark X. Dowling as he demonstrates cuts on zucchini squash, red peppers, celery, carrots and onions.

    ohhh man you need to grind down that full bolster. The recurve is real. It´s actually very simple to remove a bolster without a belt grinder. Just fix the knife upside down into a bench vice and grind it down with a rasp.
