Chef, that oil had been used and had so much detritus from a previous application that it literally coated the rings with burnt particles. Hmm! Ramsey! Not good enough!!! OMG! That side towel was sitting on that sheet tray with the onion rings. WTF Chef! Why 33 minutes?
