That's a good way to look at it , and I've been very surprised how much I'm having that effect on the people who watch my videos then are inspired to play . It's all very humbling to me and I'm really grateful for the blessing .
Thanx Dunn, 55 and been playing for 2 years. struggling but ever so slightly getting better. the motto i learned from my dad "Die First Then quit" time to get back on Patreon. cheers from frozen northern minnesota p..s. seen METALLICA back in 86 with Cliff, changed my life for the better!
Been playing since I was 13 years old. You’re channel helps me out a lot with the death metal patterns. Pushing 40 now and love your drive Dunn. I appreciate you and your channel very much. Heres to ANOTHER 10,000! Thank you. You’re the man Dunn 🤘
Dude, you’re one of the bests in this genre. You’re a passionate player. You keep it simple and accessible for new comers and still resonates with people that have been around DM for longer. Your riffage makes me wanna reactive my own death metal project and recover the feeling of joy and excitement that you share with us through your content. Besides that you’re a great and humble human being. Keep the amazing job. Love from Brazil. \,,/
You're a gentleman and a legend . . . for someone who isn't a confident player it takes a lot of balls to do what you're doing. Nice work and keep it, I love your videos.
Thank you , I think we all compare ourselves to the great players at sometime on our journey as a player , and question if we deserve the attention and respect . I'm truly grateful that for being embraced by the metal guitar community worldwide .
Mate your way of presenting a small idea and then demonstrating how we can mess around with it and make it our own is really cool. It's gotten me out of the box I'd trapped myself in. You're tricking us into learning new theory.
Weapon mate! So great to see an another Aussie guitar UA-camr delivering such quality content. You’ve really simplified much of the learning. Keen to see what the future brings 🤘
Thanks fella, I find your channel so helpful, you seem to be able to give the essential tools needed for players like me to go away and create a load of riffs with. This is the only channel I've found that I keep coming back to and that's really helping my guitar playing, much Love and Thank You Dunn.
Dunn i want you to know that discovering your channel is one of the best things thats happened to me this year. Im from the uk and the same age as yourself and been playing about the same amount of time as you around 35 years and you inspire me to play harder faster and longer than i wver have done before. Big up to you mate uou deserve every success with your UA-cam venture and ill never stop watching. And you're not an average guitar player or even a very good one you're a fucking legendary guitarist that can not only play like a beast but teach as well and thats a gift . You deserve 1000000 subscribers at least
@DUNN.. you're welcome dude. Could you do some Suffocation inspired riffs on a video one day. I'd love to hear your interpretation of some of that stuff. Keep rocking out and smashing those riffs and don't work too hard in that factory bro
Really awesome channel! I am so lucky to have found your stuff, really brings so much joy to playing guitar, trying your riffs and getting inspired! Keep going and all the best for your future!
@@DUNN.. Thanks for your hard work putting out the videos! I've just watched your Fortin plugin setup video, perfect timing after buying Fortin NTS and the Nameless X plugin on the black friday sale. Would love a video on the nameless plugin if you ever find the time and you have it! 🤘🤘
I love your channel man. As someone who is largley into death / black metal, you keep giving great ideas for new riffs. Im not great at guitar. I struggle to write riffs. I'd really like to see some videos focusing on playing along to a faster meteonome or drum tracks. I've recently tried writing riffs to drum tracks on youtube and found myself getting lost sometimes. Maybe some tips on how to stay in time with fast metal drums would benefit people other than me. Keep it up, man. Cheers.
Thank you for the inspiration mate! I just received my new ibanez 7string guitar and the first riffs came in my mind to play was your's ! Keep up the good work 🤘🤘
Sir, maybe you're not "best guitar player" as you say, but maybe just for you, you're not that. For me, personally, you play like a CRAZY! I've learnt so many fun patterns from you that I thought at first are "impossible" but with enough practice and experience, everything definitely is possible. Thank your for your work! Have a good one :) and thanks again ❤ please keep going
As well as thank you so much from you for teacher good wolf 🐺 and the patern and lessons of technique and Oh Yeah 👻 Riffs and Solo... But what is the best tuning for Technical melodic death Metal? 2 - why your favourite isn't Neoclassical Technical melodic death and progressive metal... And please little lessons than Technical and melodic and Neoclassical but the best lessons 🤣 thankful Dunn my dear friend 👌🧘🦋🤸🧚🤸🧡💛💚♥️🦅
Thanks, I appreciate your support. Beat tuning? Is personal preference. Why about neo classical technical death metal, I prefer dissonance and caveman chugs with a dash of thrash metal 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻
@DUNN.. i was many years in the thrash metal and little in death and blackened metal but i understand metal modern and new is very better than thrash or heavy.... neoclassical and Technical death and Technical progressive or Death core melodic death Metal and new Genres are the perfect and very very beautiful , Riffs of Technical are the beautiful and powerful And they're creators of new metals my dear friend Dear Dunn 🤣🧡🍯🌹♥️🧡🦅
