It feels like nearly every person who reaches this level of popularity begins an inevitable, slow descent into madness
I disagree, it’s just the ones who try to take short cuts to the top. Like Adin was growing an audience that was attached to his personality and his content but he decided to abandon that for an audience that only likes him for the messages he’s pushes. Like he literally tried to sell his soul for more popularity and it completely back fired.
Same thing happened to sneako. Unique content, unique perspectives, with a smaller audience that really likes his stuff. Then he starts reacting to tate and he blows up. Then he starts to agree with tate and he blows up even more. Then he’s screaming into a fish eyed lense about how women are useless and that the matrix is gunning for him and his audience that used to love him can’t even recognize him anymore. Then he switched over to an alt right streaming service and all his fans just migrate back to UA-cam/twitch and start watching a different guy who will preach the same message.

Adin is a prime example of what happens with people get lucky with fame without putting in the work as a person. He took hold of this opportunity he was given, but gave up on learning the real lessons in life that everyone should go through. Now, he's mentally still in the age range of a child, which fuels his audience of kids that feel like he's a close friend and a cool guy to look up to.. But he'll never grow as an adult. He'll be stuck in this spot, following whoever will show him love and kindness anywhere they want to take him. I hope he'll be able to shake it off one day, and take the time to better himself mentally like he chose to do physically.

I actually can't believe this. The way Adin abandoned his family after becoming a fan of Tate is exactly what happened to an old friend of mine. He suddenly started going to the gym and saying we (his friends) were holding him back and discouraging him from improving himself. He left all the groupchats he's in with me and my friends, I haven't spoken to him since.

Adin’s situation with his family really reminds me of my brothers situation, both went through very bad break up’s and found “peace” through red pilled content and hatred, both can’t get over what has happened to them and live in ignorance believing anyone different from them is out to get them and “blue haired bitches” when the family is only trying to talk some sense into you, it feels like I lose my brother more and more everyday and I feel that same disconnect that Adin and his half brother felt, it hurts not only the family but everyone around him. I just wish people like this with such fragile emotional states could sit down and have a talk with someone without feeling like it makes them “weak”.
It's funny to me because the only case I know off where someone that went through such brainwashing and eventually walked away was a relatively close friend of mine that literally what his father did was senting his son who at the time was 17 to the grandparents that leave in an isolated area in Crete (a Greek island) doing nothing but hard labour work. The kid got beat up, real bad, he also got badly abuse by his grandfather. The idea was simple, no work no food, no cooparation no allowance to even work for your food. By the end of the first month he was forced to listen to what he was been told and to understand that just because he thinks he is above, he is nothing if he doesn't actually earn it.
Overall while consuming countless amount of SiGmA mAlE content, he became extremely abusive, extremely toxic and always would raise voice over everything else spewing random shit like the one with the blue hair. The only way he changed was by throwing him to the same situation he was putting other people, but much MUCH worse.
I just wish these people would be able to go talk to a therapist.

I feel like that's almost everyone who believes that bullshit red pill mentality stuff since that whole thing only works by demonizing another group and putting all the blame for your failings on them instead of, you know, taking responsibility. People love to blame others for their failings and sure, sometimes things out of your control happen, but it's important to be able to tell the difference and accept when things are our own fault instead of just blaming everything on a minority group because it's easier.
my younger siblings are 12 and 14 years younger than me and i've been out as gay nearly their whole lives. they grew up seeing me in queer relationships and never learnt to think of it is something unusual, but recently i heard both of them use gay as an insult. they're 11 and 9. when asked where they learnt it from, they said youtube. kids will parrot guys like adin without even knowing what any of it means and that's terrifying, cause if no one intervenes with it they'll actually grow up to believe in those ideas too.

It is true that (to my knowledge) no one's arguing cisgender men can get pregnant, but there are many trans men who choose to keep their reproductive organs, and many of them can and do get pregnant. This statement from Adin is the equivalent of "trans men aren't men." Not the most regressive thing he said here, but I figured it should be explained in case it wasn't clear.

From what I've seen, the biggest problem with the Red Pill space is how it sucks you into thinking it's just about self improvement. I was in the Red Pill space for a while simply because I liked how they promoted working out, improving yourself, rejecting pornography, and basically earning your place in the world. I'm pretty sure Adin was commenting on the idea of Trans Men (who are biologically female) getting pregnant. By saying "u know men can't get pregnant" Adin is implying that Trans Men are not real Men. No hate or anything intended just wanted to make clear that Adin's tweet was especially attacking Trans Men.
