1st time seeing your channel. I like it. 😊 Just wondering 🤔 though what if you added some garam masala when frying the garlic, that would make it even more spicy 🔥.
Bibi Zee Boohoo thank you 🙏 i think the Masala will over power the flavor , but u can give it and try and let me know how it taste ❤️
I bought some thin skinned green limes and made some achar earlier today. I juiced them, quartered them and boiled for about 30 minutes, added some whole wiri wiri pepper and then drained it well. After it cooled a little, I mixed it with the garlic, grind pepper and salt and the lime juice and some vinegar. I tasted a little bit and it was kind of bitter. Do you think the limes needed to boil out more long? Or as it sits in the sun a few days, the bitterness will go away?
Hi my friend yes let it sit for a few days to cure remember everything is still fresh
I was wondering if olive oil is necessary to use, please let me know because I'm excited to try this
U can used any oil of your choice hun 😍
What happened to vinegar?
Can you use lemon instead of green lime?
Never did it with Lemon but I'm sure u can please let me know if u try it
Where did you get yellow limes, the limes we get in Canada is always green
Zabina Yassim I got it at my Asia grocery store
I was thinking it’s lemons 🍋..... making some of this for sure.
What do you do with it?
Eat it with your food as a side dish hun
Is it supposed to taste bitter
At 1st yes but as it cure it will taste better , but when I say bitter not bitter bitter lol
Isn’t lime green
When it's ripe the color change
