- It’s a beautiful day in Florida, so my wife and I decided to make some pepper sauce, lime sauce, and sourie sauce. Pepper, lime, and sourie were purchased at Caribbean Super Center. Everything turned out delicious!

Hi good day Rocky and Cherry it was a pleasure watching this video of you making different varieties of pepper sauce every one looks so delicious and mouthwatering you know what made I had a lot of carrile from my garden so I grated some and put salt and squeeze out the water then I heated some mustard oil and add lots of garlic and hot peppers also from my garden with some anchar masala so that is called carrile kutchela lol it was delicious with dhall and rice so guys enjoy your pepper sauce and blessed day from Canada with love

Rocky and Wife, that’s some delicious sauces,, I made some last week from my garden peppers here in Toronto. You won’t believe.. I put gloves on and removed all the seeds after I steamed it because I want the flavour and not the heat. I add some pickles as well. You guys crack me up. Love your stuff. God bless

I never know you can make pepper sauce this way... growing up we always blend pepper with vinegar, garlic, salt, cucumber, green mango ect... and that how I make it to this day... once it finish I put in my fridge.... but will definitely give your recipe a try.. stay safe

During your filming I noticed your star fruit tree and just a little caution don’t eat too much of that fruit, especially people with decreased kidney function because it contains a potent neurotoxin ( caramboxin) that is excreted by the kidneys. Excellent as always. The heat is not in the seeds. It's the membrane that runs inside the pepper. The seeds rubs up against the membrane, that's why it's hot.

Salaam Rocky, Sherry, Alicia and Azim. All your pepper sauce look so delicious. The first one looks like delicious tomato soup. Knowing me I would have walked by and took a bowl not knowing it's pepper sauce. Mom was thinking back how she would take genip and five fingers from Sherry's grandfather's tree. Love the pot Rocky… but never scrub the inside…. I remember my grandma said she put her pot on a fireside to give it a nonstick coat.
The aluminum comes off in your food with out that coat.

Rocky, when I make my pepper sauce, I share with my friends and family, many people tells me to bottle my sause and sell it, as it's that good, yours looks awesome, I will try it your way next time.
