This is the Review of the LONGER LK5 PRO. A very well build, silent, precise and overall very good 3D Printer. It shares the style of the Creality CR-10, and around the same price range its a very good competitor.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The LONGER LK5 PRO has single Z axis motors, bowden extruder, triangulated structure, filament runout sensor and more and comes 90% preassebled!
It has an effective print volume of 300 x 300 x 400 mm, surrounded by a light structure made of extruded aluminium profiles that will provide a very stable 3D Printer. It uses 3 kits of TMC2208 chipsets for X Y and Z for quite printing.

Looks good for a starter 3D printer large build plate, cool design, easy to assemble. Nice
Yes it does! Thanks for your comment friend!
So glad we’ve entered the large format era of printers. That 210 build size was getting stale
Totally agree with you, we were locked to the 220 forever, bur new affordable big printers such as this one are kicking in 💪
is there any 3d printer manufcturers using skr series motherboard or those BTT skr are only available to hobbyist
No matter what I try, I can’t get the first layer to stick and can’t seem to finish a print. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi! I'm pretty sure your print bed is not properly leveled. Check out our 3d printer reviews explaining how to level the bed, and make sure you clean it with alcohol. Do not touch it with your fingers after cleaning it. Let me know if you got it right :)
@@architects3dp Thank you for the help and advice. There seems to be a difference between "how do you physically turn the wheels and level it" and "do you know what you re doing when you are leveling" which I apparently am not an expert in. I just tried to print the bench. I got all the way up to the smoke stack and it was working really well but then as it got to the top the boat came off the bed and it came to a crashing result. This was after me lowering the bed a bit more.
@@TeacherCast One you get it in the right spot, the benchy won't go anywhere. You have to look at the first layer and adjust it while it's starting to print if it's necessary.
Each of the lines has to be the line right next to it. There has to be physical contact, but don't has to be completely smashed. Start a bit higher and lower it bit by bit fill finally each line slightly touches the one next to it. Let me know if you finally solved it :)
I don’t like that they make you install the Z coupler
I agree, i think it could be pre installed , just carving its gap in the foam. We need to propose that to LONGER
