Thank you soo much! I pulled out a jammed paper in the front, but the real problem was in the BACK!!! Your enlighting video finally helped me out after 3 days of anguish!!! some of the othter videos did not mention the back door... and there was no visible paper jam after I pulled the front one... I wrecked my brain what could be the problem!! In retrospect of course it is laughable... Thanks again!!

Please help !! At 1m56, you show a paper jam removal in the back ... but my jam is not up high like the paper in your photo -- it is caught between the two sets of plastic "teeth" below, and any attempt to pull on it just shreds the paper in place. (it got jammed there as the printer attempted to print the 2nd side of a page). There is nothing explaining this in the manual or the video -- how to release the grip of 'teeth' both above and below that have trapped the paper -- my jam is maddening ! Thanks for any guidance.
