Personally I did 1 pack at a time because Ideally I wanted the heirloom without having to get 36 items (sadly didn't turn out that way) and didn't care about legendary skins. If you only care about getting the heirloom for the cheapest possible. Then 1 pack at a time is slightly better, because the 4 packs at a time could lead to you buying more packs than you actually needed for the heirloom. However, 4 packs at a time does guarantee a legendary item. so if you care more about quality of items and aren't confident of getting the heirloom then that might be the better option.

yeah you have to wait for the event to end before you can use them. Should be a countdown timer on how how long is left on the store page where the karambit is. Was 60 odd days when it launched. So must be 30ish days left. I've not checked the date since I've bought it to be fair though.
The cost of remaining items are wrong in your table. If im at 35 items owned and i want to buy the last one i should be spending 1000 coins for 1 packs then why does it says i need to spend a 100
It's not wrong. If you follow the steps in the video it will make sense. At a high level, the reason it's not 1000 coins is because you want to only buy the cheapest pack. If you think about it logically, why would your last pack be the most expensive pack available when you can get the cheapest pack (at 100 coins) 1st? hopefully that makes sense. The table is based on you being the most efficient possible.

not for this one. At least not at the moment, not sure if it's something they'll bring later (looks doubtful atm). These cost less Exotic shards though. For 20 you get a whole colour and deathbox. If I recall what I paid for the katar variants I thin kit was like 40 for a full colour.

I think technically the cheapest way to get them would be to grind to max account level, that rewards you with over 500 packs and therefore guarantees you the heirloom. The question is do you know how many packs you've opened since your last heirloom? If it leaves you with less than 100 packs to reach 500 then I'd say you're better off buying the 100 pack bundle instead of 4 event boxes. It depends when you want the shards as well. You could chance your luck and wait till next season to see if the anniversary event gives heirloom shards again.

@@life4youHD oh got you. The crafting advice is only if you have crafting metals. If you don't have any it's likely to be cheaper to just buy the remaining event packs. Especially because as a level 225 I doubt 100 packs will give you anywhere near enough metals to craft the remaining items you need. Apex works on a system where you only get crafting metals when you already own an item. At level 225 I'm guessing you don't own enough items for that to happen as much as you need. If people would stop paying hundreds of dollars for literal pixels the prices would come down alot. If you buy these events you cant complain. Your the reason they are so expensive.

To be honest I feel like the artifact is better because you can customize it more compared to this, which just has fixed colour options. I do like it though. I've been playing Lifeline Revived a lot this season and it goes really well with her look and size. I like the animations as well, but money wise I feel like it's more of a normal heirloom value rather that this higher priced they've given it.
Check the crafting table at step 2. Look in the left column for the amount of crafting you have and that will tell you how many packs and therefore coins that means you need.

good question. The answer is no because you don't want to buy the most expensive packs, you want to buy the discounted packs. That's why 18 left doesn't cost 18,000. Unless you do it wrong and end up crafting the cheap packs and buying the expensive packs. I tried my best in the video to tell people not to do that though, lol.
If you don't want to watch the whole video just buy discounted packs 1st, then craft at 1k per pack. Then buy whatever remaining left. use the table at 2:04 to see how many you can craft, how much it will cost and how many packs you have left to get.

No, buying heirlooms from events or store doesn't reset counter. I've bought 4 heirlooms from packs so your count will stay the same.
No, heirloom events don't reset your pack count for the 500 guarantee.
