How to polish out scratches from a watch bracelet easily

Most asked question about watch repairs is how do I get out scratches and nicks from my watch and bracelet, here I go over step by step how to do so.

I have used fine sponge sanders from amazon too on my seiko to restore the look I use 1000 to 2000 grit and some times finish with 3000-3500 grit for high polish I use Flitz metal polish, cream now
