  • Staying healthy while working full-time can be challenging. Many young professionals face the struggle of working in a high-paced job and still needing to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. In this video, I interview Marie, a fitness expert and book author on healthy cooking. We have a conversation on how to stay healthy while working full-time. Marie shares all her expertise regarding morning routines, exercise, food and sleep. Marie also proposes a vegan, gluten-free cuisine with no added sugar. Building sustainable habits is key to stay fit. We discuss our best strategies on how to build sustainable habits. We hope this video helps you to stay fit while working full-time.     Lemon water is my go-to! Love the sugar cutting idea. I have been trying to consume less suger and I do feel more energetic.

    I do intermittent fasting. I think is perfect because I don't spend much time eating and feel better overall. Highly recommend it

    Hey there, I'm not any expert or certified in healthcare, well I appreciate the information shared in video. sharing my experience, the best practice do as you like but remember to notice how your body is reacting for inputs, make notes and try to follow other ways and check if it's work then you are lucky :), here I would like to say self analysis is more important than recommendation though guidance will be helpful in scientific way. Hope you will get better findings :)

    I love coffee so much but it's actually so bad for the quality of my sleep 😥 I find it the only way I can stay away working late though....

      Yes agree, coffee tastes so good ;) Just decided to not drink it anymore after 3/4 pm and works surprisingly well for me.. best, H

      Also if you consistently drink it? Coffee only effects my sleep when I did not have it for a while but doesn't affect me if I have it daily

      @@dsd6538 If you regularly drink a lot of coffee your body can have withdrawal symptoms if you stop, like slight headaches or problems concentrating
