How to Catch DEEP SEA WAHOO While Saltwater Trolling! (Weed Line Fishing Florida)

- We head deep sea fishing out of Boynton Beach inlet, Florida with the goal of saltwater trolling to catch pelagic fish! We started the day cast netting bait on the beach. Then we head offshore fishing, looking for weed line fishing. We found a great color change and weed line in about 700ft of water and started deploying deep sea trolling techniques. Trolling for deep sea wahoo worked and we caught a wahoo! We also caught mahi-mahi, bar jacks, triggerfish, barracuda and the worlds smallest blackfin tuna! Great action packed day in the deep sea! Have you seen the big floppy 5 gallon bucket technique for unloading your net. Then pour from flexible bucket into live we’ll. Seems like a good technique, but then you need a place to store flexible bucket.
We pulled fish off that same vertical floating palm off port.everglades on saturday so it seems to be making good time on up the coast.pretty cool if it is the same , looks identical...

Maybe they don't need to use them. If the rod placement is correct, you can have a four line spread no problem. That's probably plenty. Imo

It’s amberjacks and triggerfish and triple tails. Could have jus cut some bait. Amberjack bite on plain hook. Jus have to throw it the water quickly back and forth. And they jump on

Hey Puddin, be careful. You might have cracked your lower rib cage. If they break your asking for major trama.
If you like to catch wahoo, first catch as many hardtails as you think u need. Then use monel & construct a "fishhook saddle" using strong 4/0 hooks & hook the hardtail top of head & just forward of the tail. Put up outriggers & feed line w/hardtail out to clothespin on outrigger. Troll weedlines very slowly so that hardtail swims along w/boat. When u see that fin come up, watch out! Wahoo behind hardtail and he will try to outswim the boat. When the fish hits & snaps clothespin give a little line & set the hook!

I like your videos, but I think everybody should throw back all the tiny firecracker mahi, people try to emphasise on how fast these mahi grow... the size limit should be increased big time, I miss the days of those big bruiser bulls!!!
