Hi Charles, I just finished watching the rugby match Eng vs RSA, and I found myself wishing Arsenal were like South Africa. They react to whatever the opposition is doing, and they keep finding a way to win, even if it's not as fluid on the eye.
Hi Charles, what happened to us going on a search for youth players? Seeing Estevao perform so well in Brazil makes me wonder why we aren’t applying a long term strategy like was in the press ahead of the summer. We only really bought Setford so what’s the deal?
Certain people really try to delude themselves into thinking that Edu did a good job when his inability to sell players last summer is the sole reason why we couldn't sign a ready & willing Kudus for £35m...
On Kudus I agree with you Charles that he is a good player and ticks a lot of boxes, including being able to play in Saka and Odegaard's positions, where we don't have much cover. But I also agree it's probably not the best use of money. Yes it's not our money but we know Arsenal don't have unlimited funds, and spending £85m on him likely means we don't spend as big elsewhere. A striker and someone who is primarily a left-winger (but can cover right) would be my choices for big attacking signings.
Price aside, one of the things I liked about Kudus the little I've seen him play is that he seems like more of a direct-line type of player (will come more directly at the defense). I think we could use another player of that ilk. Assuming we were interested, Viktor Gyökeres might seem more destined to MU now that Amorim is there.
Forgetting the price he's an immediate back - up for Saka but he without doubt improves our attack and our RHS is now top notch. He can play LHS also as a traditional Left WING....without doubt a game changer imo..a dribbler also, which we don't really have. Get him!
Get Kudus and top striker .. i feel this window is make or break for a lot of Ars players.. they'll definitely look at options if no major trophies is there this season
Hey Charles, brilliant show as ever. I'd take Kudus in a heartbeat. He can do well on both wings and also in attacking midfield. He could easily take Martinelli's place on the left and he can do a much better job than Trossard in AMF if MØ8 is unavailable. Christian
Hi Charles, Non football matters. I love your channel. I watch it everyday. I agree with most of your analysis but when it comes to Rugby. There’s no country as a South African we enjoy beating than England. The decision making was puzzling. England kept kicking for the corner when they could have kicked for points. Anyways great game of Rugby.
Kudus would be a valuable player for us, but he's not worth £85m. I don't see him leaving West Ham next summer. It's tempting to say, it's not my money so I don't care... But there's a finite pot of money to spend (plus headroom in the spending rules), and Arsenal's success depends on us spending money better than rivals. So while I'd be excited about the signing, I'd be concerned about the use of resources on what could be only a squad player. And also, we'd like a striker, a midfielder (possibly 2) as well as a winger. We'll need to be effective at getting players out if we're going to shop at this kind of level in the market.
Pogba is the player that comes to mind when I think of players with attitudes way, way bigger than their actual performances. Maybe also a player ho had enormous potential, loads of press when young, and rested on his big name instead of fulfilling his potential with hard work.
I don’t know exactly what Artetas 5 stages of his plan are but it seems that there are two players missing: a proper striker and a left winger. If we get two top profiles in those positions we could win everything in my opinion.
Sometimes it’s not about raising the levels significantly. It’s about the team maintaining the same level irrespective of who is playing. Recently, you see a significant drop in quality when some players are not available for different reasons. Honestly, arsenal missed the Kudus train. £85m is too much now. The scout should get to work
Spend on Nico or Omar Marmush for the LW, Gyokeres or Isak as striker but I’m sure Arteta gonna buy Sesko, also must buy an attacking midfielder not a DM and replace every player who we are gonna sell next.
Hey Charles please can you answer or explain this to us the fans since you maybe somewhat close to what happens behind the scenes at Arsenal. Question: why is it that Arsenal never signs a player they were heavily linked, interested in or have been following for like a year or two but when another midterm club in the PL takes the risks to sign that player then Arsenal will want to now buy that player from the PL side and now willing to pay even double of what the previous prize tag was for example ( Isak, kudus & many others i can't even remember at this time ) Thank you Charles

Hi Charles, I didn't think you'd be up for Pogba 😂😂 He wouldn't be my pick either! On the subject of wages he has said that he would take a big pay cut to stay at Juve, but the manager said they had no room for him having already recruited other players to fill his spot. So his wages might not be that bad, which then had me thinking that MA might see him as another "we can get him back to his best" player for the 2nd half of the season and next season, and he's an amazing player that's available for free. I'm sure a lot of PL clubs will be looking at taking him on at a wage they can dictate.
Hi Charles, I’m with you, I’m not sure Kudus would go straight into the first 11. I still believe our aim is to improve the squad with game changers from the bench and for that reason he would definitely be a good choice but at 85m maybe a bit too much. Gyokeres would be a great addition too, him coming on after an hour in a tight situation would be a huge advantage especially if bought for around 65m.
I'd be hesitant to spend 25 mil on Kudus let alone 85, would he improve our squad? Maybe. I'd probably rank him over Sterling, Jesus or Zinchenko. I think sending Sterling back to Chelsea in January is genius! We could then go and try and sign a quality winger like Florian Wirtz.

Absolutely ridiculous that we’re thinking of spending 85 million on a player that we could have got for 35 million the season before last but he preferred to buy Havertz instead 🙄
So you wouldn't buy Isak because two years ago we could of bought him for 30-40M? And why did we bought Rice for 100M and we could of bought him for 20 five years ago. If you don't think that he is worth 85 then that is a diferent thing. If you think he is worth it then who cares what was the price 1-2 years ago.
We do need a winger but that should be a summer job. What was the point in sterling otherwise? (We already know it was a waste). We need a striker. This team lacks firepower badly. Without one we will not get top 4. There are too many other good teams in the league to think divine right gets us top 4 without a goalscorer.
I think Sterling was a better than nothing buy.....we'll get top 4. This same team scored 91 goals last season...and 89 the previous season also. We've only scored a few less than Liverpool (in the league) this season
I am semi hoping he puts 3 or 4 past as In the CL when we play sporting. Just a boot up the arse to make Arsenal pay his release clause in Jan. we need a top striker more than any other position.
What on earth is the point of Sterling staying ..the manager simply will not use him. Full stop. Personally I think he could do a decent job, given the chance, but he's not been given one and will not get one so.....Arteta again....
We are just a club that can not be called serious. We had the chance to sign Kudus for half the money and did not. Now, we are linked with him for a ransom. A club that penny pinches should be doing better to save money. Or is this just a PR stunt to keep the fans on side? Gone are the days of Wenger and Dein partnership!
Your not sure he'd walk straight into the Team ? So why then pursue and have to spend upwards of £65 million etc .. We can't afford that..I personally have long term doubts about Martinelli .. A Headless chicken running with the ball.Hes to one footed and lacks composure to get to that level of Saka - Salah
They have started their jokes again, kudus would now be an arsenal player if arteta was serious now why waste 85m yet he would have been bought at 40m before he went to West ham. Arteta get that money run and bring Gyokeres .
All this negative talk about Kudus changes immediately Chelsea, Madrid, City and United show interest in Kudud. Kudus is a top top player, the sort of player who can create something from nothing and very direct as well. He easily can give Saka, Martinelli, Ødegaard and Havertz a run for their money.
85m for kudus and we still don't have a proper Striker.... Wtf is going on with my darling club
dey think Havertz is good enuff😢
We do need a winger but that should be a summer job. What was the point in sterling otherwise? (We already know it was a waste). We need a striker. This team lacks firepower badly. Without one we will not get top 4. There are too many other good teams in the league to think divine right gets us top 4 without a goalscorer.
I think Sterling was a better than nothing buy.....we'll get top 4. This same team scored 91 goals last season...and 89 the previous season also. We've only scored a few less than Liverpool (in the league) this season
David Sullivan using his media pals .
85 million I nearly pissed my self.
Carlos Beleba to replace Thomas Partey?
Charles so you rather have Martinelli over Kudus ??? 😂😂😂
Why are there rumors of pogba we should not entertain that and please however sterling does the rest of his loan we should not sigb him period.
This deal just wont happen at that price 55-60 is fair. If we pay that type of money we might as well buy leao or nico williams
Kudus for 85m? I'd buy Isak and then go for Kudus in 2 years if needed.
I prefer Marmoush instead of kudus
Kudus is undoubtedly good but 85 is bamboozling
Just Go and Buy Viktor Gyökeres and stop messing around , its getting ridiculous now
💯 bro!!🙌
I am semi hoping he puts 3 or 4 past as In the CL when we play sporting. Just a boot up the arse to make Arsenal pay his release clause in Jan. we need a top striker more than any other position.
Arsenal needs an out and out striker, sign viktor gyökeres for that price. Misplace priority with Arsenal.
What on earth is the point of Sterling staying ..the manager simply will not use him. Full stop. Personally I think he could do a decent job, given the chance, but he's not been given one and will not get one so.....Arteta again....
I would pay big money for him. I think you can get him got 60. He is legit
No chance. That offer would get rejected immediately. They'll refer you to his release clause
@ you may be right, but if their season keeps going the way it’s going it may provide an opportunity
No point in buying a striker, Arteta will only ruin him
We are just a club that can not be called serious. We had the chance to sign Kudus for half the money and did not. Now, we are linked with him for a ransom. A club that penny pinches should be doing better to save money. Or is this just a PR stunt to keep the fans on side? Gone are the days of Wenger and Dein partnership!
which winger at arsenal could keep kudus out first team, none
Good get gorcoress 85 mill x
Get me Osimhen or Gyokeres
WE NEED A STRIKER FFS
Why £85 mill when you could’ve got him for £25 only two/three seasons ago. I wouldn’t spend that much on a player that can go afcon
No one should pay more than 50 million for Kudus.
I actually don't see a better option than him in the premier league. BUY HIM even at 100m.
Hi Charles 👋, I hope all is good 👋 👦 ☺️ 👍 😊 🙏. Mikal Arteta should give Raheem Sterling 30 minutes or more because he is a talented football ⚽️ player and deserves a chance to prove himself. COYG to thrash Nottingham Forest God willing 🙏. Have a great day Charles 😂. Arsenal rocks 🏆 🙏 🤲 🪨 🎸 😎.
GET KUDUS NOWWWWWWWWWWW
Paul Pogbha ........noooooooooooooo😮
