NIO makes a fake touring wagon

Though it has a somewhat touring or shooting brake body type, the NIO ET5T (was officially called ET5 Touring) doesn't feel like a real touring car. So we took a long trip to see.

340 km was with 75kwh pack I guess. Didn’t see you mention. 100kwh I can get 400 km regularly on the highway . Plus you should swap not charge whenever possible. Crazy to stop for 1.5 hours to charge I agree.

The fact that the video is titled "Fake touring" says it all, not to mention its a yank doing the review. Probably a Biden supporter too. Next thing you will hear out of America is that Chinese EVs are manufactured by Hamas 😂

Your point on Dual motors being an inconvenience. Can't you change the driving mode to ECO? Did you change the driving mode? If so, did it make a difference? Your point on the seat comfort. Valid. Hopefully NIO will offer comfort options even in their performance model sedans. Battery Swapping Stations seem to be great especially in snowy conditions, even with a queue line.

As an ET7 owner, I would recommend to do battery swap if travel on long trip. It will be a waste of money to buy Nio cars and don't do battery swap.
