I'm looking for something that can handle a moderate headwind. I love midranges. Have Wombat3, Pteranodon, Buzzz(z:-11 & bz:01), Shark, Ghost(Roc)... need something that doesn't turn over in a headwind, but without the hook finish of overstable midranges. I can't say this video helped me with that, except to show me I prefer the shape of the Warship: @ 1:03 I never realized the emac truth was so flat-nosed.
@@PartTimeDiscGolf thanks for the suggestion. An ethos Pathfinder (Eric Oakley edition) arrived a few days ago, and I'm loving it. Much more glide than my Buzzzes.
Warship is very much underrated disc … it’s a great straight flying disc … carry warship and one putter u can play any course … I use it for my tunnel and straight shots and also for my anhyzer shots … it will hold anyline you throw
Haven’t thrown a warship yet but I am curious. Also looks like the red emac truth is bio fuzion. I believe that plastic tends to beat in to more understable than Fuzion
Yes the one in the intro is a Bio Fuzion. They do tend to beat-in a bit faster and have a little better grip then Fuzion. In the test I used a different disc which was Fuzion. I have A LOT of Emac Truths. I ❤️ them.
The red Emac Truth you hold up in the beginning is Bio Fuzion plastic, not Fuzion. I would like to see a 3 disc comparison between the Ahti, Felon, and Pioneer.
That is true. The one I tested was orange and I wanted a contrast of color in the intro and the thumbnail so I picked up the red Emac biofuzion, which I didn’t test. I like your suggestion a lot!!!! Ahti, Felon and Pioneer would be a great one. Thanks.
I did one comparing a Buzzz, Rift and a Kapre. The Kapre was definitely understable and it had some really nice grippy plastic too. Check out the video. It was posted a couple weeks ago.
5.5? 😂 I have seen it both ways too. On their flight chart they have it as a 6 speed, but on the disc description it has it as a 5. I think they have a marketing problem because it should be a 6, but it might sell better as a 5 speed just because people think 5 is a mid range which the Warship is a mid. But...IDK.
for one of the throws, yes, definitely. I don't know why people don't do do-overs to get it right for a video. But look at how flat-nosed the emactruth is - it will never get as good distance, simply because of that air-brake on the front of it.
Solid point. It’s almost impossible to release the same angle with different discs and especially different grips. The disc just sits in the hand differently and comes out different. This was one of my first reviews, and I feel I have improved my consistency since then…a tiny bit. I’m not perfect. 😂
@@PartTimeDiscGolf Looking forward to it. I bag both of them. LOVE my stag ( I prefer TP over VIP) but havent really had a chance to throw the explorer yet.
Yeah, I like the dome to them. I feel like if they where flat top they would pretty much be an Emac truth 🤷♂️. I heard the warship was based on truth mold a bit.
Agreed. I have noticed my power grip shots are going nose up. I think that might be a new video idea. I need to figure out how to get my drivers nose down too. Any suggestions?

Yes, the Truth is very flat-nosed. Have you tried a Pathfinder or a Mustang?

warship is extremly good for turn overs to straight too :) i aced whit the disc and i love it in vip plastic
For sure
Can you do the Westside sling and Lat64 compass?
Sounds like a good one to me. Sure!

Really good comparison! Have you done any understable mids? Possibly Tursas, Evidence, Bounty or Fuse. Thanks for these videos Jeremy!

I loved the tunnel shots on a course.
I have both of those discs.
Can you compare a saint with an escape?
I love it! That one might be next. Thanks for the suggestion.
Very well done video. Great camera work and helpful graphics.
Thanks.
I have a 250 ft arm and the Warship flew straighter and longer than the Emac Truth . Both are in premium plastic. I use a power grip.
Warship is a great flyer.
warship is rewarding , in basic plastic the mold is truer and flys straight very well
Yes! Agreed.
I find the warship has a little less fade on the end which I prefer in tight situations
Agreed. Great straight thrower.
Me too
I have 2 warships one says 6/5/0/1 and the other is brand new it says 5/6/0/1 so which one is it.?

I've seen them in 5/5, 5/6, and 6/5. Turn and fade were always 0/1. I just ordered a warship in VIP plastic that is labeled as 5/6/0/1.
Great video
Thank you
For power grip you had a totally different release angle for the Truth than the Warship. Nose up and stall, versus nice and flat for Warship.

Northman and sampo would be cool to see
I like it. Thanks for the suggestion.
Stag and Explorer
Nice! I have not tried a Stag yet. I know it is a very popular one. I will gladly do this one. Stay tuned.

👍
flat top warships are special ,just rare in vip

Mystere vs scorch
Nice
Fission reactor vs buzz
Love it
Sword and Sheriff
Nice one. Thanks for the suggestion.
Tilt vs. Turbo Putter. 👌🤣😂🤣😂
Come on you are throwing the warship nose up both times and the emac straight
