I don’t know how but you’ve managed to package an unbiased analysis that is more entertaining than the sensationalized segment of economic and financial news. Thank you for your efforts to be the signal and not the noise. I understand that the economy is currently in a downturn and that we must wait for things to get better

As hard as it may sound you can plan for the recession. If you are working, find extra work and get an Invest--advisor. Protect your deposits by having enough cash in short term fixed income. Then cut your expenses. Minimal insurance, cut utilities.

I think the current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner

Exactly why i enjoy my day to day market decisions being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not outperform, been using a portfolio-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over $800k.

Even if you have a humongous income you still need to draw up futuristic plans because anything can happen. One could lose one's job or whatever. Investment cannot be overemphasized. About your advisor, how does one reach pls

I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation in Paris just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest: ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

1:11:05 Even though my mortgage is paid off, the county can take my home away if the taxes aren't paid. Also, the first day of no mortgage payments, we felt a huge relief, but ever since that first day, we didn't feel any difference from when we had a mortgage. Life went on as it had before. The only change was the mortgage amount then went to investments. We had no "free" money to spend.

"President" for former presidents is an HONORARY title, just like DOCTOR so and so is an honorary title for someone who has not actually earned a doctoral degree. I had someone on this site refute me on this. Just this afternoon I was listening to NPR (which more than leans left) talking about FORMER President Carter on his 100th birthday. Did they say FORMER President Carter. Oh, no. They called him PRESIDENT Carter (as well they should since they were using the honorific title giving respect to someone who served.)

Yes, where I live where the egg prices are ridiculous. Go into any grocery store or organic section or farmers market.
I work for a small family farm. I get paid in eggs, produce, and a little cash. Feel very lucky. I can easily go through four dozen or more in two weeks.
