- Every year, from Guru Purnima to Mahashivratri, Sadhguru offers the opportunity for one to spend time at the consecrated space of the Isha Yoga Center. Sadhanapada is an opportunity to transform oneself on the deepest level. In this video, a few participants from the just concluded Sadhanapada share their experience.

Sadhguru really change in my life when enter my life
and everyone can do all this,with in yourself. If you cant be there, make your physical place the place to be. You can be more and joyfull with life exactly where you are. Just made it up!
Agreed! We can all cultivate this within ourselves. This program lays the foundation and the participants will need to continue to maintain and nurture this within themselves once they finish the program!

Its 6 months long and you have to live in the Coimbatore ashram...you can register for it on the official sadhguru app or website

@@Optimistic-cq2wl You must have completed the Inner Engineering and BSP programs to participate. If you havent, I think you can let them know that you will participate in the programs soon, but you must register for your programs and complete them by July I believe. Whenever you're interested, just fill out the form on the Sadhana Pada website and you'll know what to do from there. Just make sure you're ready to spend half a year at the Ashram! And I strongly recommend you participate in Inner Engineering as soon as possible if you haven't already, even if you're not joining Sadhana Pada :)

I don't know why but I felt I needed to do this.. I applied too without knowing one needs to complete BSP before this can happen.. And then it struck me that everything probably will happen in its own time.. So now once my mandala is complete all I hope is I can be at IYC and get to experience BSP.. Namaskaram🙏

@@ideologicallyindian5361 Namaskaram Sir.. I had applied and was sent a mail in response stating that for Sadhnapada one needs to do BSP.. But since you pointed it out I will give it another check.
@ANVIN P S Namaskaram Sir.. I just checked the mail sent to me in reply for my application. It says I need to register for BSP first. I do not have clarity if it's meant for me or for everyone though. So as far as I am concerned I will have to register first for BSP and then I might get a chance to participate in the Sadhanapada programme. 🙏
Sorry in one of Isha earlier post it was mentioned that IE was enough. Now when I checked In new registration BSP is compulsory. Sorry Anna for confusion.

Is it only for Foreigners? It's nice. But I think, taking more feedback from the locals or Indian participants is also as important as boosting up with more foreigners. Foreigners definitely love it. The food or culture or the energy space gives them a totally different experience. We wish to see more about how our native people like it.

It's not only for foreigners..it's available for everyone..u have to complete inner engineering,bhava spandhana and then apply for sadhanapada..

I have met 2 of the people that were interviewed in this video... They both left Isha extremely drained and confused... Sadhguru pushes you for 6 months but afterwards you get drained and exploited
