Hello, I am interested in this type of work. Exactly like this vehicle with the sleeper, power inverter, and the dock height system underneath.
Would it be possible to build another one like this but on a vehicle of GVWR 9950 while being able to carry at least 4,000lbs of cargo in the back.
If not whats the closest amount of payload capacity it would be. Would only need a 12ft or 14ft box in the back.
Also do you work only with new vehicles or can it be used chassis or cabs.

You know igor, I’ll bet you could frame in and bolt a gas generator under that box with remote start as an option. That would open a lot of options for running inverters and such, and keep it out of the way of everything-Scott

Hi guys I do cargo van OTR, I would like to know if you Guys can add sleeper to a van like you you can always move the wall if is a third pallet

yes it does. the size of the box has nothing to do with the GVW. Majority of Ford Transits are produced as 9950# and it will stay the same.

No Diesel Heater or above cab AC ?
This truck was equipped with gasoline parking heater (after this video was recorder), but no A/C. we just started offering sleepers that can be ordered with pre-installed A/C units instead of sunroof

Gasoline Parking Heater is a devices that takes gas out of your gas tank and works independently to provide heat inside the cab/sleeper

Yep, and not a lot of people are aware of this either and honestly we haven't heard of any other companies who install gasoline heaters besides us, but yeah, we always look for the best solutions for our customers and offer only the best products on the market

Unfortunately we do not sell trucks itself, we only build the for customers, so you would have to order/buy it from an official dealership and supply it to us.
If it's a 178" WB then we can either do a Rooftop Sleeper and 16 ft box or Extended Cab Sleeper and 14 ft box

Actual weight of vehicle with tank of gas and one person with 100lbs of gear. That’s the big question.
that depends on the build sheet of the chassis and the upfit. Usually the legal payload of the ford transit we build is somewhere between 3000 & 4000#, but again dependent on setup
