Great video. The last video you covered is one of the most impressive feats I have ever seen (as someone in the CF space). The mobility, form and, particularly, the strength seem superhuman to me.

Seppo snatch is named after finnish javeling thrower, Seppo Räty. Used to include that in he's training regiment in 80's and 90's.
