Hello im a beginner water polo player trying to learn some cool shots. From what I've heard, isn't the part where you get out of the pool a ball under? Like when you put the ball down to get up?

Yeah this is definitely ball under, it would be a call against you, it's a cool shot but you'd get penalized for it, wouldn't try this shot imo

@@henryliang7797 probably, just don't try this in actual games since you might get a turnover, you can do a back shot which is a lot easier and a legal shot, no risk of getting called a foul on
