I am so sorry sweets, but I promise the mental game will get easier. The first few weeks are such a roller-coaster, and i can remember crying over something very similar my first few weeks out. Your body and mind are going through so much right now. Cry when you need to, and take care of yourself.
Yes it is hard, but be proud of yourself. You made it through. I want to tell you this is just the beginning, you will always have to make these choices, but the choices won't be as bad as today. Just know more options are on its way. This surgery is emotional and hard work, BUT it is truly worth. Stay strong. The struggle is real.
I fear that that is going to be hard for me too. But God is going to be the bread that we crave. And our love for food will become for nourishment and not for gratification. I pray for and you and with you sista. God is going to do some wonderful and miraculous things in your transformation. You have a beautiful spirit and your pretty too! God is giving you what you need for kingdom building. Asked and he is giving! Keep up the good work it is very very encouraging!
Awwww, dont cry, but I know the struggle because I am doing the clear liquid part of the pre-op diet. I cooked meatloaf and mashed potatoes for my spouse for dinner last night and it is hard knowing great food is in there and I can't have it.
