I had the Tore done almost a year ago and I have issues holding food down, still some GERD. Now the barium swallow is showing something 😮now I have to wait. They will probably go and look at the pouch again

Please give us an update. I’m thinking about getting that procedure and would love to know where your at at this point. It would be very helpful. 💜

Congrats. You have done well. I too am on a journey. I started in 2009 when I got my bipass. I now weigh 115. I was at my highest 399. You have to recognize the hunger feelings from your head and real hungry pangs. Keep going girl. You are on your way. If on a plateau, try the pouch test. Look it up and see if it works. My surgeon's office (Inova) uses the whole Bariatric Advantage system...shakes and vitamins. I'd rather go that route instead of trying to buy my own and figure out what has the best absorption.
