It will be an off topic question but,ı’m gonna start the FCCPT process and gonna fill the forms with my handwriting,then ı should mail them to my school? or is that possible to scan it and send my professor from whatsapp for herself to output and fill them,ı mean is it possible to send the forms to us with non wet signature?

The school has to send it to FCCPT and not back to you. As long as they certify it is official it will be accepted by FCCPT.
