Likely to be a roofing issue

Hi, good point... we had a roofer check the flashing, pointing, etc. It seemed fine. @slyteen2197 Where else could it be on the chimney. What do you think...

Should have found the source of the problem. Seems like you’ve just covered the problem up.

Hi Ragz, Thanks for your comment... any suggestions to what you would of done. So I can take some tips.
We also repaired the chimney pots at the top as water was coming in from there, too. I did this repair after I edited the video so I couldn't put it in the video.

@@jlpropertychannel9900I’m currently on the same journey. But what I’m learnt is not to cover the issue up as it’s never a good idea. Ensure air bricks a clear from external and internal. Map out all pipes and drains and have them inspected. The roof is also worth getting inspected and repaired. Hope you resolve the issues.
