I love my light grey walls and dark grey wood floors. I don’t think that’s too much. Do you? My furniture is not grey. I love it and it’s a luxury apartment so the designers knew what they’re doing. Even if something is too much maybe that person loves it. Look at Paris Hilton, she is over the moon with pink.She doesn’t care what people say and she’s happy. I thought he was a bit insensitive laughing. It was immature.

I’ve never liked the colour grey and I found myself in the exact situation of moving into a new build condo that totally embraced the grey trend. You really did a great job in making over this room; it feels so bright even though the colours you chose are subdued. It really feels cozy, but fresh. My favourite element are those swivel chairs!
My taste is not modern, but I do think this is a beautiful room. I made the decision a couple of years ago (when gray was "untrending" and the new warmer colors were emerging) to use both gray and beige with some soft white together in my home. I'm a fan of neutrals, so I'm still happy with that decision and I hope it will last a while before I grow bored. My area rugs have a few other colors in them that I can pull out for accessories. I'm no designer, but I love this direction I chose to take.
My living room has been a cool toned grey for 8 years and I'm reluctant to redecorate but I have been thinking of going greige because of the black furniture but this video was the inspiration I needed to think outside of the box to update my space. Thankyou! 😃

Hey Arvin, Good to see ur back... Hope ur home is coming 2gether & we get to take a peak little by little.... I once had a Townhome back in 1998 & probably used Grey way B4 its time, purchased a beautiful Black Satin Sofa & 2 Peach swivel armchairs, also used a Wall unit , Coffee & End table in that same color of wood on those wooden chairs ur using. That was one of my fav Spaces & large living room. Used Peach accessories as well. Till ur next video stay well!
Great job --Your choices gave a much softer feel to the room. The light grey sofa with the green chairs was the right combo & the table was Chef's Kiss!!!! I know they have to be happy with the room.

I absolutely loved it! Modern, somehow contemporary yet warm 😍😍😍 I live in Canada, to me white walls are depressing in winter time , I love grey walls, my floors are warm wood and so is most of my furniture which I absolutely love! 💕
Love it, Arvin. Missed you too. I have used a rug over carpet many times. I use them like I would any accessory. Living in a cold climate, it is not comfortable to have all my rooms with hardwood. The carpeting acts like insulation which helps keep the inside room temps. warmer. Area rugs visually define some of my areas while giving me the ability to add color and texture. Sometimes, they can make sense. Again, beautiful job.
Missed these makeover videos Arvin, we need more! Lol I manage apt communities and last year I did away with the grey paint. The owners were so stuck on the grey saying its modern and I was like "yeah it was and now its not" Lol. I switched over to off white and it brightened up my floor plans again! Grey is gloomy to me and I am all for the exit of the all grey homes. Your hair is everything and so is that denim jacket! Amazing room transformation:)

I had watched many interior design videos in hope of finding one that could help decorating my newly remodeled ALL GREY and WHITE stucco house in AZ. I like everything Arvin puts inside this odd shape small living room( like mine)- love the color combination, the shape, & the arrangement. It’s not over the top like other interior designers do - too expensive and trendy, or incorporating too many hacks from Walmart or Target, etc. Overall, I like what I saw and this is the first review I had ever written about any interior design videos. A lot of people don't like gray. I personally think it looks about as appealing as a bucket of wet cement. It's cold, drab and awful.

Love the transformation! I have a dark grey sofa and just added lots of warm color pillows. Grey is a neutral color and matches with alot.
