Most of our schools don't have cooling even brand new ones have extremely limited cooling capacity however as far as a rebuild the schools does need to be replaced as it is in need of seismic upgrades and once considering the age and over population of the building it would not be cost-effective to do seismic upgrades to it as the cost of asbestos abatement would be large so yes it should be replaced

Could be lots of reasons if things are getting shaken up could be dust tripping a smoke detector could be something to do with the sprinkler you never know

40 is warm warmest we've had here is 47°C or 116°F which is extremely bad as most don't have air conditioning
